One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We immediately felt the warmth of the host the moment we stepped foot in the hotel. We were given some mandarin oranges right after checking in. The room was beyond clean and comfortable -- you can feel that the hosts put their hearts in creating a good experience for the guests. Smart toilet, voice assistant, air conditioning supporting both cold and hot air, just to name a few. They did more than just providing accommodation. We got suggestions on how to tour YangShuo from them, as they are locals who know every nook and corner. On the day that we checked out, they also shared with us their breakfast AND gave us gifts for remembrance. I wish we had more time so we could talk more with the hosts. I specifically write an English review as I'm an international traveler and most reviews here are written in Chinese. I do not know if they can speak English fluently, but even if they don't, I believe the hosts will still do their best to serve you, as it's always the heart that counts.
