Yuemeng Hotels in Yangshuo

It was off-season, so there weren't many people, and it was quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. However, after new guests checked into the room next door the next day, I could clearly hear noise, so the soundproofing isn't very good. Everything else was fine. My room faced west, so it got very hot and bright in the afternoon. The bathroom was outside the toilet area, and water easily splashed onto the floor, making it very slippery. That was a bit of a downside. There were lots of BBQ places nearby at night, and the food was decent.

The guesthouse's location is fantastic. From the rooftop, the expansive views of the misty, cloud-shrouded scenery are breathtaking. The lobby is pristine, and every corner is photo-worthy. A highlight for me was the room's bathroom: it's spacious, very comfortable, features a dry/wet separation, a TOTO smart toilet, and premium toiletries. Furthermore, the guesthouse is only a 5-minute walk from the Yulong River. With the rapeseed flowers starting to bloom, standing in the fields is incredibly invigorating!

Facilities: The room was just renovated after 25 years, so the facilities are very new and complete. Hygiene: Very clean, the bedding and floor were spotless. Environment: Located next to a scenic spot, the hotel is surrounded by mountains, offering great air quality. If you enjoy scenic views, choose a room on the 5th floor or higher; these rooms are more spacious and have a wider view. Service: The service was excellent, and the owner was very friendly. The room rate is not expensive, offering great value for money. Highly recommended.

It was so cozy. I fell asleep exhausted after a day of playing and forgot to take pictures. The hotel is really nice! ! ! Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bed sheets are very new, the facilities are complete, and the environment is warm. Environment: The geographical location is excellent, very close to Qianguqing. Service: You can rent a small tram, which is very convenient and the tram is very new. I will come again next time! ! ! In addition, the shower gel and shampoo in the hotel smell great, as well as conditioner and body lotion. It seems to be connected hahahaha. Zundu is very satisfied! Boss, business is booming!

1N stay at this minsu located at Yang village near Xingping ancient town (Yangshuo). Travelling around via local transport of caddy ride, average 10RMB per pax per trip. Can bring you to Xingping ancient town, to visit the RMB20 view spot or the jetty to board ferry to Xiang gong mountain. It is off peak season now, so not much guests around. Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Room is spacious and clean, well equipped with amenities. Soak in bathtub and enjoy the view. Breakfast is simple. Chef was on leave during my stay, so restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner.  Would recommend this place for stay for one who appreciate quietness.

Xingping Ancient Town isn't very big, so finding a room that perfectly fits your needs isn't easy. We saw Mountain Residence and booked it right away. Firstly, the staff were incredibly dedicated in their introduction, and secondly, the hotel's facilities in every aspect were excellent. Chatting with the staff always gave us a feeling of being at home. The afternoon tea was complimentary, offering pastries, tea, and fruit. Breakfast was also complimentary, featuring rice noodles, side dishes, steamed eggs, sweet potatoes, dumplings, and red bean buns. As a nutrition enthusiast, I absolutely loved it! Because my husband wasn't feeling well, I had to bring breakfast to him. The kitchen staff were so worried he wouldn't have enough to eat that they asked multiple times, and we also received other special care from the hotel. Finally, the hotel even provided a complimentary shuttle service once. We chose to be dropped off at Yangshuo Station, but because the hotel's car was already out, they specifically arranged a taxi for us. They even walked us to the car with an umbrella. This level of service is something many four-star hotels can't even achieve. I hope the hotel continues to thrive! 💯

This guesthouse was the most hassle-free stay I've had in Yangshuo, and the location is truly unbeatable! It's right next to the Shuierdi Pier on the Yulong River, so you can walk a few minutes to catch a bamboo raft – no need to rush out early to hit the sights. The Ten-Mile Gallery cycling path is just outside the door, and riding an e-scooter along it feels like cycling through a living landscape painting. West Street is only about a ten-minute ride away. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; returning to the guesthouse at night, it's incredibly quiet. My room had a floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the mountain scenery, allowing me to lie in bed and gaze at the karst peaks. The amenities are comprehensive, including a smart toilet and a bathtub. This vacation really hit all the comfort points.

The room was clean and there was no smell. 1 km away from West Street, you can walk there, and there are many delicious foods all the way. You can park at the door, but it is estimated that you will have to have a place early. The bathroom is a bit small, the sink has no hot water, but the shower room has plenty of hot water. Bedding, toothbrushes are OK. Overall, it is quite satisfactory.

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was my favorite during our Guangxi trip. My parents, who I was traveling with, also really enjoyed it. The hotel is very new, all the facilities are brand-new, and the wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-separated. The front desk ladies are super lovely and incredibly responsive to every request – such a wonderful group of girls! I'll definitely be back with my husband next time!

I'd give this hidden gem of a hotel six stars – every detail makes you want to stay forever. (Originally, I was just passing through Xingping on my way to Yangshuo, but it was so comfortable and perfect for unwinding that I ended up staying two extra days.) Honestly, it's getting harder and harder to find places, whether hotels or B&Bs, that truly make you feel reluctant to leave. But this stay completely exceeded my expectations, so I have to write a detailed review to capture every heartwarming detail. First, let's talk about the location and shuttle service. The B&B is in a very quiet area, but you absolutely don't need to worry about getting around. Before check-in, the owner's wife proactively added me on WeChat and sent clear directions, including the exact location and parking instructions. Even more thoughtful, they offer free shuttle service to the nearest ancient town entrance, the food street, or the bus station. Everything is super convenient and close by. Next, a hot topic for many: charging stations. When driving an electric car, the biggest fear is finding charging stations, especially since some more remote hotels don't have any. But this place has slow chargers directly available. Just plug in and charge! And the owner's wife said they don't charge extra for electricity, which is a genuine act of sincerity. I'd charge it before bed and wake up to a full battery, ready to go without any delay to my itinerary. Speaking of sleep, I have to mention the 'quiet' aspect. The B&B isn't on a main road; the only sounds around are the wind and occasional bird calls. The room windows are very well soundproofed; once the curtains are drawn, you can barely hear any outside noise. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, with a choice of soft or firm pillows, and the duvet was fluffy and odor-free. As someone who's usually a very light sleeper, I slept soundly until I naturally woke up both days. The cleanliness also deserves high praise. From the hallway to the room floor, from the washbasin to the corners of the toilet, there wasn't a single spot of standing water or grime. The towels didn't have that 'damp warehouse smell' at all. Then there's the owner's wife. She's the most genuinely, un- 'schemingly' warm person I've met. She won't overly disturb you, but if you need anything, she's more attentive than you are. It's that feeling of visiting relatives. Finally, the food. The B&B offers an à la carte menu, and the ingredients are bought fresh from the market every morning. She said, ”If the ingredients aren't fresh, I wouldn't run this place.” I believe her. One more detail: (It's super pet-friendly here!) In short, if you're looking for a B&B with charging stations, thoughtful service, quiet and clean rooms, trustworthy food, and a personal touch, you absolutely can't go wrong with this one. I've already planned my next trip here with my family for a longer stay.
