The staff has a good service attitude, and they respond and solve the needs quickly every time. 2. The community is close to the beach and can be walked for a few minutes. The apartment has a good view, 1 room and balcony can face the sea directly, and it is not noisy. 3, the water pressure is strong, the bath is very comfortable. 4, the room air conditioning is also powerful. 5. There are some small restaurants downstairs in the community (outside), and they are frugal. Insufficient: 1. Parking spaces in the community are tight (15 yuan/day), and parking spaces cannot be found can be parked outside the community (free). 2, hygiene (cleaning and bedding) needs to be improved. 3. There is a bed that is loose, and it will creak when you move it. You don't dare to turn over when you sleep, which affects the quality of sleep."

"This is outrageous! I've never encountered anything like this before. The hotel prices are ridiculous, but the guesthouse's environment and service are unacceptable. My friend and I booked separate rooms. In one room, the light was broken as soon as we entered. We waited twenty minutes before the repairman told us he wouldn't come until after lunch. The bathroom faucet was covered in water stains, and even the mouthwash cup was soaked. How can they call themselves a hotel? In the other room, the 16-degree air conditioning wasn't even cold. The room's construction was exposed plywood. That night, due to the typhoon, the wind was so strong we couldn't sleep at all, and we even heard people having sex outside. The hotel said there was a pile of sheet metal in the parking area, but they only remembered in the middle of the night that the typhoon would blow it up and had to move the car. Right after we moved the car, the typhoon blew open the window in the room, and the window was broken. We had to call hotel staff to temporarily cover it up. I'm utterly speechless. As a hotel, their safety awareness is lacking. They didn't even proactively ask drivers to move their cars during a typhoon. The next day, many people were leaving around 7 or 8 am, and they said they weren't afraid of the typhoon. Later, after they left, we saw on the news that the coast was flooded."
