Yingqing Bieyuan Homestay (Yangzhou Dongguan Street)

The owner is very friendly, and the environment is nice, tucked away in a quiet alley, making it perfect for family outings! You can even have tea and chat with the owner! It's right next to Pishi Street, Dongguan Street, and Heyuan and Geyuan Gardens are all in the same area! There are also many restaurants nearby, offering plenty of choices! I plan to take my elderly family members there again next March!

The location is excellent, nestled in the old residential area behind Pishi Street, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. It's just steps from Pishi Street and close to attractions like Heyuan Garden and Geyuan Garden. The facilities are complete, featuring a lush and elegant courtyard, a terrace with parasols, tea rooms on the first and third floors, and outdoor tables and chairs on each floor. While the rooms aren't large, they are fully functional. The owner is sincere and attentive. We arrived late on our first day, and the owner waited patiently to arrange our check-in and even upgraded our room free of charge. The tea room was also included, and the owner would often brew tea and chat with guests in the tea room on the first floor. I would definitely consider staying here again if I were to return to Yangzhou city.

Located in a bustling area of ​​Yangzhou, a short walk through an alley leads to the guesthouse. The three-story building has only two floors open for business; the top floor houses a study with a terrace offering views of the ancient city at sunset. Downstairs, a few stools provide a place to enjoy tea. The first floor features the owner's tea room and kitchen, where you can cook your own meals or chat with the owner – he's witty, friendly, and quite talkative, and also provides excellent tea. The rooms exceeded my expectations; the design was ingenious, and the inclusion of a smart toilet was a first for me. In short, it's worth it! The service far exceeds the price!

I stayed two nights in Yangzhou this time, and after a long search, I finally chose this guesthouse, and it didn't disappoint. The guesthouse environment was great, conveniently located on Pishi Street, and the price was reasonable. The owner was also incredibly warm and attentive, even turning on the air conditioning beforehand, which was very thoughtful. I had a very good impression of Yangzhou; everyone was very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The guesthouse is located in a small alleyway off Pishi Street. The rooms are beautifully designed in an Oriental Beauty style, with a Zen-inspired aesthetic. There are tatami mats in the rooms for making tea, and the bathroom is spacious with a smart toilet. The stay was very relaxing! The owner was very kind, lending me a charging cable and recommending fun places nearby. I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next year when the weather is warmer and I'm back in Yangzhou!

The room was clean, but the advertised 280 square meter apartment was a letdown. The four bedrooms combined probably didn't exceed 100 square meters, leaving virtually no living space. You were essentially confined to your bedroom. Downstairs, people lived there – supposedly the housekeeper, according to the landlord – but I paid for the whole apartment, and there were people living there 24/7, cooking and taking over the kitchen and living room. And it wasn't just one person living there! Where was our entertainment? I stayed for three days specifically for mahjong, but the landlord wouldn't let me into the living room. He kept trying to fool me, and I didn't even get to play mahjong before I left. So, be careful if you're looking to rent the whole apartment; this place isn't suitable for that. It doesn't have the facilities, and the landlord mainly lives there himself.
