Jiazhiyuan Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for years. The service was terrible, and our room faced the street, so it was incredibly noisy at night. What’s worse, when I woke up, I found an old sock left by a previous guest right under my pillow, which clearly shows they didn't bother to change the sheets, duvet cover, or pillowcases. We tried to talk to the front desk, but they were unhelpful and dismissive, which led to my friend having an argument with them. It really ruined our mood. Even though Ctrip discounted our stay by a third, I still feel compelled to leave an honest negative review, my first ever. It was just awful; staying in a place like this completely drains any good feelings. We had originally booked a triple room for three nights but decided to check out immediately.

Entering through the gate on Wenchang Middle Road, I initially thought I'd gone to the wrong place because the parking lot was in disarray. However, the interior was comparable to a chain hotel. In the heart of Yangzhou's main urban area, the price was incredibly cheap! The owner was very welcoming, and the hotel was quite clean. Highly recommended!
