老闆説平台上可以延遲退房到14點，他堅持説不可以，不認平台規則，超過就要收費。這就是一個裝修了很多年很破的老式別墅，各種設施都是很舊，而且用的都是很差品質的，房間沒有水壺，還要找老闆要熱水瓶。位置是不錯的，就在萬達廣場斜對面，門口交通出行還是方便的。下次再也不會被所謂別墅民宿欺騙了，經濟型連鎖酒店比這個靠譜多了。

從位置來講，離所有景區至少都有5至6公里以上的距離，每天算上交通的成本和時間成本，價格優勢就沒了。
從房子講，宣傳説是別墅改造，實際是車庫改造的房間，又潮又吵。洗雙襪子兩天都不幹。
更可恨的是，在網上訂的是帶衞生間的大床房，定完房五分鐘後到了現場，房東説，大床房沒了，改成了標間房，房東居然説是給我免費升級，居然説我佔便宜了，我並沒有計較。結果這是房東的一個手段，之後發生什麼問題，因為住的房間跟訂的房間不一致，平台就不好處理。
續訂的時候，我還是在網上下的單，房東確認了以後，又要求給換成一個沒有衞生間的房間。而且態度強硬，聲稱或者退訂或者換一個沒有衞生間的房間，我沒有同意。結果房東居然惡人先告狀，要求攜程取消我的訂單，或者要求我加價。
結果我找出訂單的房間詳情，明確寫着是獨立衞生間，攜程都覺得房東過於不講理，做了很多工作，房東才作罷。但房東又把熱水給掐了。
這種毫無誠信的房東，實在是太垃圾了。
反正建議大家自己小心，這種拿私人房子改造的旅館，房東根本不在乎什麼誠信，口碑，攜程對他們也沒有什麼更好的管理辦法。
住他們家小心吧！

太差，不是一般的差，店主太不厚道，在攜程上訂了然後又跟他電話確定了，結果入住的時候説房間沒有了，然後説你要麼就退了，可是退定是百分之百扣房錢，因為已經過了全額退款的時間了，你退不了退了就是扣全款，然後他給你找一間比你在網上預訂的那間房差很多的房間又矮又小又破屋裡邊的牆壁上都有水珠潮濕的沒法住人，熱水也不熱，説是衞生間就一個蹲坑的位置，而且連門都沒有掛個布簾。三個字太坑人，像這種黑心的店，以後再也不會住了，我踩了坑，大家別上當了。

畢竟價格在這擺着呢，房間小了點，淋浴頭連在臉盆上的，不能同時使用，不太方便。洗漱用品好像衹有牙刷和洗髮水，沒有毛巾（我自己帶的東西，這點倒是不介意）。性價比來説還行吧，態度是真不行，從頭到尾就一副不耐煩的樣子，女主人好像每句話都懟人，真的很無語。沒到10點就催着退房，
