Very poor check-in experience, really not recommended. 1. First of all, the shower head was broken and water sprayed everywhere, making it basically impossible to take a shower. At that time, I asked the staff if they could take care of it. I didn’t know what the staff said and didn’t care about anything. 2. At about 11 o'clock in the evening, the circuit breaker in the room tripped again, and then we asked the front desk to handle it. As a result, a staff member came and had an extremely bad attitude! Come on, why are you still up so late? I don't understand. I came to stay in a hotel, but you tripped the circuit breaker yourself. I didn't affect anyone. You have to control what time I go to bed! Then we said we should fix it quickly, otherwise we wouldn’t even have hot water to drink. As a result, the staff said, why are you drinking water so late? 3. Really, it’s rubbish! So infuriating! I don’t know why such staff members can work here. If they have mental problems, they should take good care of themselves at home and stop harming others!

I was misled by ratings and descriptions when I booked this hotel. I can say that I have never stayed in such a bad hotel, and the price is still very high. The facilities are extremely poor, the sink is small and short, only about 60 cm high, the front of the toilet is only more than 20 cm, and the left side is only 15 cm without a seat. The room is only about 2.5 meters wide, and the aisle has to be turned sideways. The service is also very poor, family management, one person holds multiple jobs. I booked for two nights and stayed for one night, but I would like to thank Ctrip's customer service staff for helping me check out very well.

Just near the south gate. Very convenient indeed. The room is small, hygienic, and soundproofing is impossible. The most important thing is that no matter how many days I stay, two bottles of mineral water cost one yuan. When I came back after drinking in the evening and asked for two bottles at the front desk, they refused to give them and asked me to buy a large bucket of water myself. I bought a watch last year. Breakfast hahaha.

The attitude of the front desk clerk at Shadian was very bad, and the breakfast was also very poor. There were only one or two vegetables, and the tableware was also very hygienic. The chopsticks were not washed, and there was eaten food on them. It was really disgusting to see. I will never go to this store from now on!
