Let's start with the downsides: Since the family room can accommodate three adults, there should be three sets of towels, bath towels, tooth mugs, drinking glasses, and coffee cups, not just two. Even children or teenagers need their own bath towel and tooth mug. Also, the curtain button was sometimes a bit unresponsive. Now for the positives: 1. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 2. The breakfast was good; while not exceptionally lavish, it had everything you'd expect. The coffee came from a machine and tasted great. 3. The terraces on four of the floors are a major highlight! Breakfast is on the 11th floor (top floor), and on a nice day, you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the lush forest view and a distant glimpse of the Qiling Pagoda while being shielded from the sun – a fantastic experience. You can also enjoy the night view in the evening. 4. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and in the lobby downstairs, there's a coffee machine, tea, hot water, and bottled water available.

Stayed at Junting Hotel with my family. The hotel's scent was lovely, and there was complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, with the lemon tea being particularly refreshing and thirst-quenching. The room was clean and tidy, and any requests we had were promptly fulfilled. The bath bags provided next to the bathtub were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many Yangzhou specialties. I highly recommend the Yangzhou dried shredded tofu and the oil pastries. Besides those, the grape juice, braised goose, and duck blood vermicelli soup were also delicious. I especially want to commend the Hanfu photoshoot service included in our package. The photographer was excellent at capturing great shots, and his guidance on lighting and posing was both professional and patient. It was a truly memorable experience that received unanimous praise from my entire family.

My stay at Junting Hotel was truly excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations. I arrived on Friday lunchtime, and the front desk staff immediately checked me in and even gave me a free room upgrade. The upgraded room had a bathtub and was much larger than the original room I booked. It was very spacious and came with some lovely complimentary items: earplugs, a bath mask, disposable bath liners, disposable toilet seat covers, alcohol wipes, and a good set of toiletries. The sofa, table, chairs, and bedding in the room were all very comfortable. I had a very restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is superb. You can easily walk to Caiyi Street and Dongguan Street. It's also not far from Slender West Lake, just a taxi ride of about 4 kilometers. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I'll definitely choose Junting Hotel again if I have the chance.

Pros: Great location! Turn left, then left again, and you can walk to Slender West Lake. Turn right, and you'll find Yiyuan, a famous local spot for morning tea (foodies should definitely check it out, it's always packed with locals). The security guards downstairs are very dedicated, helping direct traffic and even assisting with luggage and bags, which was much appreciated. The room has a fridge with complimentary drinks, including Tea's Original, though I'm not sure why they only provide one of each. The lobby offers free bottled water, even heated, which is very convenient. Cons: The hotel is located at a crossroads, so soundproofing isn't great. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. One of the front desk staff had a poor attitude, acting indifferently when I brought up an issue, which was quite frustrating.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's very thoughtful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service. They provide coffee, black tea, green tea, and even earplugs! The hotel parking lot is quite large and has many charging stations. The security guard was very friendly and helped with our luggage, and they were diligent and responsible at their post.

I forgot to bring a pen and paper for my business trip. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a pen, but they said there were pencils in the room. How long do they think a pencil lasts? Just because it's peak season in Yangzhou, does that mean customer experience doesn't matter?

The overall environment is quite good, especially the in-room amenities. They've thoughtfully provided a lot of useful items, such as disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom, which are changed daily, and snacks in the room.

Booked this place last minute and was pleasantly surprised! The location is super convenient, very close to Slender West Lake, GuangDong Street, and Ge Garden. There are also several foot massage places right downstairs. The hotel offers free coffee and a good selection of other drinks. The room was quiet, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The small welcome gift, a very cute little ring, was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, with comprehensive facilities, and the smart home features were very convenient. Breakfast: The restaurant is located on the 11th floor. The floor-to-ceiling design is also very nice, and there's a large outdoor terrace outside, offering panoramic views of Yangzhou. The variety of dishes is quite extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the Yangzhou-style dim sum was excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Slender West Lake, and there are many famous local breakfast restaurants nearby, which is great! I especially want to commend the laundry attendant on the 11th floor. Not only did she help me rewash my clothes after I'd set the machine incorrectly, but she also dried them for me. When I went to pick them up, they were neatly folded and placed in a bag. I was so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the hotel service is. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

My husband and I had an amazing time on our trip to Yangzhou, and a huge part of that was thanks to the Junting Hotel. First off, the hotel's facilities, from the lobby to the guest rooms, were all comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The amenities are modern; the smart toilet is genuinely smart, not one of those basic flush-only ones. The window-side armchair and tea table were perfect for relaxing after a long day. I particularly want to commend the hotel staff. During check-in, a friendly, glasses-wearing gentleman at the front desk noticed there were available rooms and proactively offered me a fantastic room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. Due to my own oversight, I made a mistake and checked into the wrong room. When the housekeeping staff brought other guests up and discovered my error, they didn't scold me for causing trouble. Instead, they reassured me that it was no problem and they would handle it, which I found incredibly touching. I'd like to apologize again to the hotel staff for the inconvenience and express my gratitude. The security guard at the entrance was also great; he'd always proactively offer to help us with our luggage. What's most commendable is that despite providing such enhanced service, none of the staff asked us for a positive review. This is truly rare and valuable in today's era of widespread online marketing. My sincere thanks and praise once more. If I visit Yangzhou again, Junting Hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I'd be more than happy to recommend it to my friends and family.

I finally made it to Yangzhou in March, just as the fireworks bloom! I'm so glad I chose to stay at the Jingting Hotel by Slender West Lake. The hotel has a great overall ambiance – it's clean, tidy, and perfectly located, very close to Slender West Lake. It’s also convenient for visiting other attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely a thumbs up!
