We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by the inadequate bathroom cleaning and water pressure issues. We have immediately reported the problem to our Housekeeping and Engineering departments and will promptly improve bathroom cleaning standards, investigate and optimize water pressure to prevent such issues from recurring.
