The Crystal Orange was a well-situated, convenient, spotlessly clean and overall wonderful stay for our weekend away! The staff are friendly and helpful, and always willing to help with suggestions for the area or what's nearby. We will absolutely stay again next time we visit Yangzhou!

Excellent service! Asked for more waters, advice and a few small favors, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and new facilities. Thanks, Crystal Orange, will stay again.

A very uncomfortable experience. I checked in on the night of the 17th. After checking in, the air conditioner didn't work. The front desk told me that the main control was not turned on. It was the first time I knew that there were hotels that didn't use air conditioning. At this temperature, it didn't turn on. The air conditioner is 27 degrees indoors during the day. Since the air conditioner didn't work, I slept without a quilt (the quilt was very thick) at night. If I covered myself with a quilt, I would get hot. If I didn't cover myself with a quilt, I would wake up from the cold in the middle of the night and catch a cold. I chose to check out and change hotels early the next morning. When I walked out of the hotel, I found an announcement at the door that the water supply would be cut off that day, but the hotel did not notify me at all. I really don’t know if I’m lucky or unlucky. Lucky, the hotel I’m staying in doesn’t have air conditioning. Unlucky, I escaped the water cutoff. The experience was really bad.
