訂的兩間大床房，協商保留一間不同意，辦入住進了房間才知道一個家庭房一個標間，找前台告訴給你升級了，這個標間更貴，我就想問問都是情侶，這個標間怎麼住？沒有房間為什麼還要讓預訂，很不好入住體驗，差評。
