臨時決定去延吉逛吃，訂了本酒店，經理很貼心打電話來提醒氣温驟降添加衣物，因為訂房時沒有看清是無窗房，三人行有孩子細心的經理又給升級成家庭房是我沒想到的。整體感覺很棒，早餐有當地特色美食，唯一一點就是房間太熱了，睡到半夜熱醒了，不想麻煩值班經理就忍了忍。酒店還給了延吉攻略。

房間很乾凈，乾濕分離，床上用品也很乾凈。枕頭特別舒適。之前看評價兩極分化，還是很糾結的。入住當天前台很熱情，給安排了安靜的房間，整體感受不錯。對了早餐也很豐富

早餐品種太多選擇，很多都是延吉地道風味的食品，都可以不用出去外面點餐了，酒店在延吉市中心，離人民公園，延吉百貨均衹有幾百米距離，去網紅牆和延邊大學我都是走路過去的，很近，很方便。洗衣區服務好，前台小姐姐服務一流，很貼心，由於第二天一早6點趕長白山站高鐵，前台小姐姐還打包好早點，十分感謝！

這次帶寶寶一家人來延吉旅行，入住了三天，前台小姐姐們的服務非常熱情，看我們帶寶寶給升級了房間，還給了寶寶小禮物，寶寶很高興。環境好，早餐也很豐盛。客房打掃的大姐人也超好。很贊😎

設施：很齊全，酒店有地暖，還配備了空調，房間温度一直很舒適。
衞生：整個酒店都很整潔，房間非常整潔，每天都有重新幫忙打掃。
環境：雖然臨街，但是不吵鬧，隔音效果還不錯，房間每天都有太陽曬進來，很舒適。酒店早餐種類多，很好吃。
服務：服務人員見面都會打招呼，還會提供延吉的旅遊攻略作為參考，酒店機器人送東西很快。

沒有拍到酒店內部照片簡直太遺憾了。先説入住，簡直特別絲滑，前台態度超好，還送了小禮物，不愧是四星酒店，服務態度熱情，統一穿着，職業且正規。再説早餐也非常好吃，簡直超級棒。最後説下退房，超暖心的主動提供瓶裝水路上喝。入住期間對於打電話到前台的要求都有求必應。後續如果有機會再到延吉會繼續選擇延吉希爾頓歡朋。最後感謝這次旅程中全體希爾頓歡朋工作人員！

服務特別好，朋友起床有點不舒服，然後借了温度計，然後前台主動幫忙泡了一杯紅糖薑茶送到客房，服務很貼心。中途機器人送外賣電視上很有進度提示，可以提前穿好衣服。本人一直是洲際鑽石和凱悦的環球客，由於延吉沒有那兩個牌子，這次第一次住希爾頓歡朋，被種早了。床墊特別舒服！唯一有一點不快是因為旁邊有人在裝修然後從窗外把廢料扔到下面的車上！很無語=_= 但是這個不怪酒店 酒店膈音還是在線的！然後辦公桌辦公椅特別實用舒服，適合我這種旅遊還要辦公的牛馬！！！早餐也很豐盛，全程無槽點，amazing的體驗，這個價格太香了。但我不理解的是從希爾頓官方定要貴很多，但我不打算保級希爾頓，也就無所謂了，但這個級別的酒店應該有車庫，這家沒有太多車位，門口應該有個停車的告示，不然外地開車來的會摸不着頭腦。但我停了兩次打電話給前台前台態度很好而且都給我解決了！瑕不掩瑜，來旅遊的給我無腦沖這家
