Walking distance from Shuishang Shichang, Xi Shichang, and Yanji Park. The staff were attentive and helpful, giving local recommendations for food. The room was clean and well appointed- having the tatami gave us lots of space to relax and eat! Thoroughly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Yanji!

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

The hotel is close to Yanbian University attractions. The hotel is fully equipped with breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy and the concierge service were excellent. I am looking forward to my next stay now.

Nice hotel. Special thanks to 21st floor cleaner (栾翠萍）… help us to unlock the door when we had lock ourselves outside the room. After helping us to unlock the door, she also give my kids some small sneaks and extra mineral water. Only improvement needed is the air conditional… could not change to cold air… the room was hot and with bad air ventilation during the night…

I had a decent stay at Park Kairos, but it was so difficult to stay at the hotel as a non-Chinese speaker with none of the staff speaking English. That was the main issue I had at the hotel. Otherwise, great location and facility.

Great location, staff, and breakfast

Nice modern hotel. I want to give a shout-out to Wang Yichen, one of the concierges who helped me. He speaks English and really went above and beyond. He helped me get some cash into my Alipay account and helped me with navigating taxis and other points of interest in the region. Breakfast is good with a large spread of Asian and western food. Recommend this hotel, especially as a foreigner.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Kairos. The staff was absolutely amazing and always had a smile on their face including the bell boys. The only negative thing I have to say was the the hotel did not have air con and our room was extremely hot with its big windows. The breakfast buffet could have had more options if you are not an Asian person eating noodles and rice for breakfast, the restaurant on the other hand was beautiful with an amazing view. Will definitely be back when we come back to Yanji.

Very nice hotel with good facility & service, also an interesting place to visit, especially in winter season. Good breakfast in the hotel, but only take once during the 3 days stay, because a lot of other choices want to try in the city, hahaha

Good location and services

Staff are horrible, so rude, almost useless. The hotel smelt like a bandage, waste of money. Staff behind the desk had an almost hostile attitude toward me being a foreigner.

The location is very good, across the river from the floating market, very close to various popular spots, and the service is also very good. It was my first time here, and the front desk also gave me a food guide that they compiled themselves, which was really touching. Due to time constraints, I only ate at 3 restaurants, and they were all delicious

A five-star hotel! The location is good, just opposite the Oriental Floating Market, and next to the People's Park (I went there on the last day of the return trip. As a street park, it is definitely worth it, with plank roads, forests, various facilities, exercise and leisure areas, lakes, bridges and views). It is also very close to the Yanda Internet celebrity wall and the West Market. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped. It is the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this National Day trip to Jilin. There are Western restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Japanese and Korean restaurants. The price is moderate, the taste is superb, and the cost performance is very high. The family is very satisfied with the meal. The staff are also very enthusiastic and help with supplies and luggage. I also met the front desk lady of the Peng family. The communication and answering of questions are very awesome. Manual thumbs up!
