First time staying here, and the location is super convenient! It's right south of People's Park, so getting to the Floating Market and the original Jeonju Bibimbap restaurant is a breeze. It's also not far from the famous 'Insta-wall.' Plus, the price was just right.

The hotel accepts foreigners (as of February 2026). The location is very convenient, across the street from a BRT station, Renmin Park and not far from the major attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was good and clean, with amenities in good condition. Great value for money.

The hotel was a bit tricky to find initially, as it’s located on the 3rd floor of a building and requires taking the lift to access it. However, it offered excellent value for the price, and the location was convenient with plenty of food options within walking distance. Once located, it proved to be a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. Great for travelers looking for affordability in a central area!

Everything's quite good, like their location & services. However, the Korean style tatami isnt comfy because it is too thin and hard. They are OK to let me choose another room with a normal bed of good mattress but after i found 1 that was good, they said that room would be under some sort of maintenance so it wouldn't be available. Then in that case, they shouldn't have let me enter that room at all, wasted my time. Also, i didnt like to put 100 RMB as deposit, feel like no trust.

I stayed here for 2 nights (26 - 28 of August, 2024) and am leaving the review now. Sorry I have been so busy since then.
May Flower Hotel (Wangsong Hostel) was such an interesting and friendly place during my Chinese trip and I had a good memory in there. Especially the lady (He lina) was very supportive, kind and spoke fluent English so we communicated effectively.
Hope to visit there if I go to Yanji again and many thanks to He lina.

The location was fantastic!
The accommodations were clean, and the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There was no cigarette smell. However, since I was assigned a room close to the lobby, the smell did creep in through the door from people smoking there.
There were no windows, but the darkness made it dark, so I was able to sleep well.
