首先説一下前台服務是真好，免費給升級到豪華大床房，有問必答，服務真不錯。房間也寬敞乾淨整潔，還有送取洗衣烘乾服務，打給前台阿姨很快就來拿去洗，洗完烘乾後還摺疊好送到房間。早餐也很好，好吃。整體不管從服務還是房間感覺還是很值的。退房時前台小姐姐服務還是很熱情。酒店離高鐵站不遠，以後來鄢陵還會繼續訂這個酒店

也不知道是服務不好還是態度太差，在京東訂了前台竟然不顯示，還説什麼沒合作，等了那麼久又讓換攜程。第二天早上十一點多就打電話説12點退房，住了幾百家酒店了也沒遇到一個這樣的。

衞生：漢庭一貫的水準
環境：環境不錯，前台服務人員態度友好，辦理入住和退房都非常迅速。酒店提供的早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯，為我的早晨提供了充足的能量。性價比方面，我認為漢庭酒店提供了超出預期的服務，對於這個價格來説，非常值得。
