The hotel's location is very quiet, perfect for those traveling by car. You can also walk to a shopping mall within 10 minutes, which offers dining, drinking, and shopping options. The hotel integrates bathing, dining, and accommodation. It's a low-rise, garden-style building, very comfortable with a strong sense of design; even just taking photos here is aesthetically pleasing. Since the highest floor is only six stories, it's a medium-sized hotel, making it very peaceful. Even during the National Day holiday, breakfast was not overly noisy. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite because our original room wasn't ready on time, which didn't impact my husband's meeting schedule, and they even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. The quality of breakfast was actually better than the more highly-ranked luxury hotel we stayed at nearby a few days prior. The room design is very thoughtful. The two-story suite is perfect for families with two children, especially allowing my husband to have video conferences and the children to do homework without disturbing each other. All the staff members are incredibly friendly; the cleaning lady even shared the joy of her son's wedding with me. This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our Shandong trip.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The environment was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips. Highly recommend!

The hotel upgraded our room. It was really spacious, with two sinks, which was super convenient for two people getting ready at the same time. Everything was great, exactly like the photos and videos provided by the hotel – what you see is what you get.

The overall environment of the hotel is quite good, including the scent in the lobby, which is typical of a five-star hotel. However, the cleanliness inside the room was very mediocre. I was going to hang my pants on the drying rack to save time, but when I tossed them over, I felt a layer of dust. I wiped it with a tissue, and decided it was better to just use a hanger. The corners around the bed seemed to have been missed during mopping; there were many small pieces of trash and dust visible to the naked eye. Breakfast was standard. Although it's a five-star hotel, it wasn't particularly outstanding compared to some four-star hotels.

Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Chinese-style design, with a touch of Zen in the room layout. Service: Ctrip offered a free room upgrade, but the upgraded tatami room was quite dirty with many stains. After checking it, I canceled the upgrade. Friends with germophobia should avoid this room type. Facilities: The gym is good. However, the room itself was a bit lacking. Room 209 is in the corner at the end of the hallway, and the room's flow is a bit awkward. The TV couldn't face the bed directly as the mechanical arm wasn't long enough. Also, the mini-fridge wasn't cooling. Parking was also quite difficult; there weren't enough spaces, and I had to circle a few times to find a suitable one.

This hotel must be part of the Atour Group; the bedding is definitely Atour's quality. The room environment and space are excellent, and the shower facilities are very convenient.

The room was spotless, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive. Our flight was delayed, and the front desk even called us after 2 AM to confirm our check-in. Definitely a five-star experience!

The good points are that the architecture is quite attractive, and the service is decent. However, there are many downsides. There was leftover Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) in the fridge from who knows which previous guest. The room's lighting control was very troublesome, likely due to it being a rebranded hotel. Additionally, the curtains in this room type don't block out any light at all, so by 7 AM, the room is completely bright.
