IntercityHotel Yantai Coast

I stayed at the Intercity Hotel for two nights. It's about a 10-minute drive from Yantai Railway Station, a 10-minute walk from Suochengli, and an 8-minute walk from Chaoyang Street. The hotel was clean, and it was easy to get a taxi. You can also pick up free mineral water at the front desk.

The room was relatively new and clean. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the water pressure in the shower, which was extremely weak. I first tried the handheld showerhead, but it was so weak that I switched to the rain shower, which didn't improve much. Since I also needed to wash my hair, the entire process was very uncomfortable. It might be due to staying on a higher floor; I wonder if it would be better on a lower floor. The duvet was also quite thin, and for a double bed, there was only one duvet. I specifically asked the front desk in the morning to provide an extra one, but when I returned in the evening, it still hadn't been placed in the room. I had to call again to have it delivered.

Came to Yantai with my parents for crabs. We stayed at this hotel last year and had a great impression, so we chose it again this year. The location is very convenient, and the service and facilities are excellent as always.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the location was excellent. It's very close to attractions like Yantaishan, Chaoyang Street, and Suochengli, all within a 7-8 minute walk. Public transportation nearby is also very convenient. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very welcoming, proactively introduced the hotel and the surrounding area, and even upgraded my room. When checking out, the front desk attendant was very helpful in calling a taxi and actively assisted with my luggage. All in all, I had a very comfortable stay here!

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both the high-speed train station and the ferry terminal. The room was quiet, and breakfast was great. It's also near Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain. Parking was easy, and the staff were very friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Since I didn't have a paper cutter, the front desk staff not only patiently helped me open each package one by one but also proactively offered bags and helped me organize everything. They were incredibly considerate. Faced with so many packages, they never showed any impatience and always greeted me with a smile, which truly touched me. Even more commendable was that later, I encountered some issues while receiving a delivery. The front desk staff even took the initiative to help me contact and coordinate with the courier, assisting me with the communication and resolution. This completely exceeded my expectations for hotel service! This kind of willingness to go the extra mile and provide that extra bit of help cannot be simply summarized as 'good service.' ❤️ The service was an absolute game-changer! Every single front desk staff member was kind, enthusiastic, and patient, making me feel incredibly warm. I've stayed in many hotels, but it's rare to find one where staff are so willing to proactively solve problems for guests and truly take their concerns to heart. The room itself was also very satisfying! **The space was generous, not cramped at all.** The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the hot water was stable, making for a very pleasant shower. Overall, the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making me feel very secure during my stay. I also want to especially thank the cleaning staff! Every day, they kept the room spotless and tidy, making us feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed when we returned each day. ❤️ All in all, this was a truly delightful stay. While a comfortable room is a basic expectation, what truly made me remember this hotel was the warmth, patience, and the willingness of every staff member to proactively assist guests. If I come to Yantai again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice! I highly recommend it to friends traveling, on business trips, or staying short-term in Yantai! Everything about this hotel was great; I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was excellent – convenient for getting everywhere. Several attractions were within walking distance, and the breakfast was quite good too. I stayed for four nights and even found myself giving their room number when checking into the next hotel out of habit.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious 😋. It's very close to the coast, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Since I wasn't feeling well, they upgraded my room upon arrival and even allowed for a late check-out when I left, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely be staying at your hotel again next time I visit Yantai!

Hit the jackpot with this hotel, it exceeded all my expectations! It's super convenient for getting to any scenic spot or beach, all within a 1km walk. Free parking was a bonus too. The bedding and hygiene were top-notch, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, there's free mineral water in the lobby and complimentary Coke, water, and beer in the fridge in the room. This will definitely be my go-to choice next time I'm in Yantai!
