Travelers from Malaysia, Its very convenient staying here as downstairs was already chaoyangstreet and upstairs was yantai mountain, it’s a homestay like traditional building on China’s post office, it’s very safe too as everyday there’s police at the street patrolling and guarding. But one thing if you come here at winter season, the room’s warm conditioning was not too warm and the water heating from bathroom allow you to bath 15 minutes as after 15mins the water will became cold. But overall was mantapp!

I had a very satisfying stay here. The location is excellent, very close to Chaoyang Street, the beach, and Yantai Mountain. It's a former century-old post office, and they've preserved a lot of its original character, which I found very meaningful. The cafe on the first floor is beautifully decorated and perfect for photos. The service was also very warm and welcoming! Plus, there's a stand-up comedy show at 7 PM. I was very happy with everything and will definitely come back next time!

The historical House has it s Charme but looks a Bit run down. Needs urgent Renovation. The Location is very Central at a Tourist Spot - Tourist Busses just Park in front of the Building. If you arrive in the evening there don’t be anybody to welcome you, it s Self Check in. The Room was smelly from the tubes of the bathroom which is directly placed in the bathroom. There was a hole in the ceiling. Walls Are thin. No tea cup available, and the roof top Café Never opened. Thanks god there s a Starbucks just near. The Room and bed. was clean . I d recommend a refurbishment and to take away the Garbage and boxes from the yard and a Little Bit of care !

I booked this place during my business trip; it's very convenient to get around, close to the train station, and right on Chaoyangli Street, opposite a Starbucks Reserve. The owner was very nice and recommended a smart room. The bed was clean and tidy, and the price was reasonable. The building has a very charming Republic of China era style, making it a great stay! Most importantly, it's just a two-minute walk to the beach! Awesome! There's a coffee shop on the first floor; definitely worth a second visit!
