Pullman Yantai Center

Staying at the Pullman this season offers incredible value for money. It's located in Yantai's most bustling commercial district, with Suochengli and Wanda Plaza right on its doorstep. The 27th-floor sea-view restaurant offers stunning panoramic views of Yantai Mountain and the ocean, which is incredibly energizing. As a frequent business traveler, I've chosen this hotel multiple times.

I stayed for two nights at the end of January and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's professional service. Gracie from the 26th-floor lobby and concierge desk was particularly outstanding – very communicative and efficient. The location is a significant advantage, making it incredibly convenient for my itinerary. Just across the street is Suochengli, and it's super close to Yantai Mountain and Chaoyang Street. I could even see the sea and the Yantai Mountain lighthouse from my window! The room itself was elegant, quiet, and met strict hygiene standards. Room service was very prompt, and for those who prefer staying in, food deliveries by robot right to the door were a fantastic touch. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back!

The hotel lobby is on the 26th floor, with guest rooms and all facilities above the 26th floor, and the buffet breakfast on the 27th floor. The indoor pool is heated, and the spa and gym are well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very friendly and professional, and quick to resolve any issues. We had a great view overlooking Yantai city and Yantai Mountain. It snowed during our two-day stay, and the high-altitude snow view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection was quite rich, though there wasn't much meat. The only local specialties might have been Mianzi (a local jelly-like dish) and seafood noodles. Hotel guests got a special rate for breakfast, which was served promptly from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The room layout was well-designed, the facilities were new, and cleanliness was impeccable. The heating worked very well. Kids' amenities and latex pillows are available upon request from the front desk. The only issue was the slow delivery by the food delivery robot. It usually took an extra half an hour to receive our order after it had already arrived at the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza. The room was quite comfortable, though the air conditioning was slow to heat up at night. Breakfast was just okay, but the gym was great with a fantastic view.

On a business trip, the location was super convenient, right in the city center business district, close to Wanda Plaza and the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, both within walking distance. The room view was also good, and the breakfast was commendable – a rich buffet with both Chinese and Western options. It's a hotel with great value for money.
