This hotel isn't very tall, and Golden Beach is right behind it. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The porter, Yi, provided excellent service during check-in. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay!

Upon arrival, there was a minor issue with the room, but it was promptly resolved and swapped, very efficient and considerate! Mr. Zhang, the duty manager at the front desk, was also very thoughtful. He helped us with a late check-out and even gave us a small gift, truly going above and beyond! The service was definitely five-star!
