Brigh Radiance Hotel

My business trip stay at Banare Ting exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Binhai Business Center, making commutes and work incredibly convenient. After work, it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach to relax. The room was spacious and bright, with complete and high-quality amenities. The Duravit bathroom and smart control system truly showcased its premium feel, and the international brand bedding ensured a particularly restful sleep after a busy day. What impressed me most was Haojie's service. Check-in was efficient and quick, he proactively helped with my luggage, and provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. When he learned I needed to print documents, he arranged the business center in advance and assisted me throughout the process. During my leisure time, I enjoyed sitting at the 23rd-floor terrace restaurant, savoring exquisite meals while overlooking the sea – all my fatigue instantly melted away. Any request I had during my stay was quickly addressed by Haojie, from booking meeting rooms to arranging transportation, he provided thoughtful assistance every step of the way. Even at check-out, he carefully reminded me to take all my belongings and offered a parting gift. The professional service, excellent location, and healing sea views made this business trip both efficient and enjoyable.

Had a wonderfully happy four-day, three-night stay! Woke up to the ocean every morning after falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We were supposed to check out on the fourth day, but due to a blizzard, all transportation was canceled, so we extended our stay for another day. A special thanks to Xiaofei, who upgraded our room so we didn't have to move and could continue enjoying the sea view, hahaha! The service was excellent, I loved it, loved it! Goodbye for now, Yantai, I'll be back, hahaahahahah!

We had lunch at Guanlan upstairs first, and then checked in promptly at 2 PM. The lady at the lobby helped us with our luggage and even took photos with all the dolls. A lovely young lady at the front desk, Meng, gave us a free room upgrade. Our north-facing room had a view of the sea and the beach, and they even gave us seagull food! The TV projection wasn't working in the evening, but housekeeping fixed it very quickly. This was my first time experiencing such high-end service at a coastal holiday hotel as a local, all thanks to my partner, haha! 🤣

Had a wonderful stay with excellent service. The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free. The room itself was fantastic. Even though the weather in Yantai was terrible during my two-day stay, the room was consistently warm and very quiet at night. If I ever come back to Yantai, I'll definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Yantai Baina Ruijing Hotel was a real gem! As soon as I opened the window, I was greeted by the deep blue sea, and the fresh sea breeze instantly washed away all my fatigue. What surprised me even more was the service; every staff member was incredibly thoughtful and proactive, helping me with my luggage and recommending local hidden gems. The attention to detail truly made a difference. Next time I'm in Yantai, I'm definitely choosing this place again!
