The hotel features a lovely Chinese-style courtyard where you can feed koi fish, which was a big hit with the kids. Our room was very spacious, complete with a walk-in closet and even a ball pit! It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was excellent, featuring delicious local Penglai noodles. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to help. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance to the beach.

A colleague highly recommended this hotel, and it truly lived up to expectations. It's the warmest hotel I've stayed at in Yantai. We arrived just as Penglai was experiencing a cold snap, but the lobby was incredibly warm the moment we stepped in. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were assigned a 'wealthy room' (发财房间 - a lucky room name), and spent a delightful afternoon basking in the sun. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was homemade with no pre-made dishes. The specialty Penglai noodles are a must-try! The hotel also offers various family rooms, and I'm sure the courtyard would be beautiful in the summer. I'm already planning to bring my kids here for the summer holidays!

The hotel rooms have a soft and warm color scheme, and there's a small tea table with tea sets by the window, which is very comfortable for someone like me who enjoys tea. Staying in the courtyard is also very quiet. Overall, it's a very good hotel and worth recommending.

The sanitation needs to be improved. Please note that there are many insects in the corners of the bathroom. Have other friends encountered this? I suggest you stay on the second floor. I thought I had killed one, but later I found several.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't explore the courtyard, but the parking area was very clean. My only major complaint was the room... I lifted the linens and saw both long and short hairs. There was also a bloodstain that I couldn't tell if it hadn't been washed or changed. I brought two disposable sleeping bags with me, thinking they would be enough for a one-night stand, but the mattress was also very uncomfortable. It wasn't about the hardness of the mattress. Nowadays, mattresses have at least a thin layer of sponge or latex on the surface, but this bed didn't have that. It was just a basic hard mattress with a sheet... I had almost no sleep with the kids that night. When I fell asleep, the soundproofing between the window and the outside was very good, but the soundproofing between the door and the corridor was very poor. I could hear the aunt's words on the intercom clearly in the room this morning. After comprehensive consideration, I was given an upgraded room type. The market price was over 400 yuan for a business standard room. The facilities in the room were comparable to those of Hanting and Home Inns that cost over 100 yuan. The configuration was really comparable, especially the bed, which was not even as good as this kind of express hotel... We come to Penglai about 4 times a year, and we will lock in the good hotels and keep booking them. This time, we didn't book a room in the hotel we usually stay in. I thought it would be good to have a second choice if we stayed well, but I was not very satisfied.

The hotel has a nice environment, convenient parking, low density, a slightly cramped room corridor, and is close to several attractions. The breakfast is decent.

The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and it is a hotel suitable for vacation and stay
