I booked an Executive King Room, and my understanding was that executive rooms typically offer a better layout and more space. However, Hilton's executive room layout is truly bizarre; you can see the toilet from the bed! Even a 200 yuan budget hotel wouldn't have such a strange room configuration. The afternoon tea and happy hour food at the Executive Lounge were also quite disappointing. For traveling with a child, it's just about clean enough and serves a basic dinner. Breakfast options were limited, but the ramen at the noodle station was absolutely delicious – big thumbs up to the ramen chef! What was most intolerable was when I ordered takeout. I understand a star-rated hotel might not deliver to the room, so I went downstairs to pick it up. As I reached the elevator, the concierge there actually mistook me for a delivery driver, asking, 'Are you here for a delivery?' Is ordering takeout a cardinal sin in your hotel that you need such strict security? The concierge on the first floor really needs better training. Think twice before booking the Executive King Room! The room layout is truly bad. The only good points were the comfortable mattress and duvet.

The room layout is well-designed and quite spacious. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and having a double vanity is very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the windows could use a good cleaning. However, the view from the executive lounge is still good.

I didn't bother changing rooms, so I ended up with executive benefits. Pros: great location, well-equipped rooms, nice high-floor views, attentive front desk service, polite staff in the hallways, and the pool, although open to the public, had welcoming staff, clear water, varying depths, and a small hot tub. Cons: you need to switch elevators, the in-room amenities weren't fully stocked at check-in, food and medicine deliveries require signing an agreement every time to be sent to the room, restaurant service was indifferent and cold (depending on the guest), and the simple meals were better than the afternoon tea (which was just okay, so no need to book executive anymore). Also, you can't adjust the room's air conditioning yourself.

The hotel facilities are outdated; the faucet was loose and hadn't been replaced in a timely manner. There are no smart features, and it's not a smart toilet. The high-rise view is expansive, with a seamless blend of sky and sea. The breakfast is abundant, but the 218 buffet was perfunctory.

Traveling to Yantai with my wife, I found that this established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The service was excellent, and both the overall stay experience and the service quality were definitely worthy of Hilton's star rating. I especially want to commend a front desk supervisor; I had an issue late at night, almost midnight, and they not only resolved it efficiently but also with exceptional thoughtfulness. Without a doubt, this was a pleasant experience! Yantai is a beautiful city, and the Hilton's sea-view rooms are equally stunning. The hotel's standards definitely add to the city's appeal! If you're staying in Yantai's Zhifu District, this is the perfect place to be. It's also very convenient for visiting attractions like Chaoyang Street, 1920 Cultural District, and Yantai Mountain.

The hotel service was excellent, and its location is super convenient, close to all the attractions. The breakfast offered a lovely sea view, though it would have been even better if the selection was a bit more varied.

The hotel's overall style is simple and comfortable, not overly ornate. The lobby and hallways are quite clean. We chose the YunJing ShanHai Family Room, which offers a 270-degree panoramic view, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich and delicious. A very satisfying stay.

Great location! Zhangyu Wine Museum and Yantai Mountain are within walking distance. The ground-floor greeters were super helpful, offering to carry my luggage when I arrived and departed – big thumbs up for that! The hotel lobby is on the 26th floor. The breakfast view was lovely, and the selection was quite extensive. You can even make your own fresh fruit and vegetable juice. I just came from the Indigo, supposedly Yantai's top luxury hotel, and moved to the Hilton. I honestly think the Hilton didn't lose out. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!

This isn't my first business trip here, and as always, the room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. The front desk staff and their manager, Xiao Qu, were all very friendly and thoughtful towards guests. Five-star rating!

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The executive lounge was a great perk, and the private meeting room was also good. The staff were all very friendly, and housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. The only noticeable downside was that the duvet shed a lot of feathers, which would be a real turn-off for anyone with an aversion to cleanliness.

I arrived quite late, so the room I was given was pretty bad. It was an Executive Room, but it didn't even have a basic sofa, so I could only lie on the bed to rest. I asked if I could switch rooms, and the front desk said there were two other options: one was an end room, and the other faced the elevator directly. If you know the room types are bad, why would you even offer them to me? You guys are really something during peak season! The room facilities were old and worn, and there were stains on the curtains. I originally wanted to switch to a newly opened hotel nearby for my second night, but it seemed to be fully booked due to some event, so I had to give up. The only advantage of this place is its good location.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few steps from the beach. It's also a mere ten-minute walk to attractions like Yantai Mountain, Chaoyang Street, the bathing beach, and the Most Beautiful S-bend. As the tallest building in Yantai, our 32nd-floor sea-view room offered an unobstructed, endless view of the ocean, which was incredibly uplifting. The facilities are complete, with a swimming pool and a gym; I even took a refreshing dip once. The front desk service was excellent, providing a complimentary extra breakfast and a late check-out. The breakfast spread was extensive, and we enjoyed delicious food while admiring the stunning sea and sky. Although it's not cheap, life is tough, and it’s worth treating myself and my family after all our hard work.

My stay at Hilton this time exceeded my expectations ❤! The environment was clean and grand, and the room was tidy and comfortable. The transportation was convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast had a rich variety of delicious dishes. The pool facilities were well-maintained, and the water quality was clean. The staff provided very attentive service, and the overall experience was very pleasant with great value for money. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back again. I encourage everyone to visit too!

This has to be the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in! It's completely manual – no smart toilet, not even automatic curtains, I'm stunned. The only place with tissues in the entire room was the vanity. No tissues in the toilet either, and no hand soap or regular soap... And you can't get food delivery sent up, nor will anyone bring it to your room. You have to switch elevators just to go downstairs... The revolving door even trapped someone. Breakfast was a madhouse; the restaurant is tiny, and no matter what time you go, it's almost always full. So many bugs, fam!
