The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and gave me a small dessert upon check-in, which was so touching. The location is very convenient and fruits are delivered to the room. Ctrip can also check in in advance, which is convenient for us to store and organize when traveling. They also called in advance to note what time we would check in and reserved a room in advance.

excellent hotel. at european standard. the room was a bit too hot at 31°5 and small window was condamned. but we turned off the AC and let the corridor door opened 2 hours and it was manageable. bathroom is great, the bath tub is large enough for 2. the staff is helpfull. the breakfast buffet is enough with western standards available (but the restaurant is a bit cold in morning). the little window on the side had a partial view on the sea. i will definitively stay there next time. with IHG

The hotel is located right on the beach. Very beautiful. Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms were nice but older furniture and carpets. There was only one electricity plug next to bed and it didn’t work. When we checked in and went to the room, the room keys wouldn’t work, so we had to go back down to the front desk, and they just assigned us to the room next door. The worst part was that the room was extremely warm, 28 Celsius! I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker to “look” at it. But the AC was broken. Instead of putting us in a different room with a working AC, the hotel brought a swamp cooler to our room. The swamp cooler was extremely loud, but it did cool the room down for the night. But the next day, the room was hot and we checked out early because we simply were not enjoying ourselves. We also wanted to order room service, but the hotel didn’t have the items in the menu available that we wanted :(. I ordered a hamburger, but it was gross. There are many nice hotels to stay at in Yantai. The Sheraton used to be one of them…

The scenery outside the window of the sea view room is picturesque, and the room facilities are fully humanized. The early morning is too rich and the experience is very good. The security work was not in place. Someone knocked on the door late at night. I called the front desk to tell them the time of the knock. The first time I checked the surveillance system, it said no one knocked on the door. The second time I pushed back and forth and said it might be a delivery person. I asked why it was a delivery person and the answer was delivery. Takeaways can go to the customer's door through the staff passage, but when asked about other details, they still don't know everything. I wonder if your front desk is so impatient? Or is it just because the front desk is a man that it doesn't matter if a girl stays alone at night and gets knocked on the door? I called back the next day and said they would check the surveillance again with results, but there was no call. I mentioned it to the after-sales service again, and they said that the employee delivered the beer to the wrong floor, so the person who provided the approximate time of the knock on the door still had to check three times. Did it take four times to find out? The Do Not Disturb sign was hung at the door and even when I knocked on the door, I didn’t know what was going on. I asked through the door what was wrong? I just said that I was wrong and left. I was really speechless. You could at least say that you were here to deliver beer. The sister who checked out the next day and the sister who called for after-sales service were very patient and kind. I also thanked the guy who carried the suitcase. But anyway, I didn’t sleep well all night, so I really need to take good care of myself. Your employees will really be scared to death at night.

Position is great. Just across the road from the seafront. Easy strolling distance to Yantai Hill etc. Nice views of Yantai and the sea. The pool and gym are very good. Breakfast has lots of variety both Chinese and English, although it would be nice to have seen more local seafood or other specialities. All in all, the experience is reliably smooth, comfortable, iif a bit cold and corporate. One piece of feedback is although the gym and showers are great, my experience of these was seriously compramised by a number of fellow guests hawking up in the showers, sinks and even in the pool itself. This is not only disgusting, but also a serious health risk in the current situation. While I understand that is difficult to control imdividual guests' behaviour, perhaps some signs would help?

There is a long uphill to the hotel. The building we live in has to carry luggage up to most of the steps. The room and bathroom are very compact. There is no spare space after putting down the suitcase. The bathroom clothesline has been worn seriously and the latex pillow is very soft and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel did not replace the wet bath towels, did not provide the next day toothbrush, mineral water is unlimited. The bus station is very close, Yantai bus is very developed, bus travel is very convenient, ticket prices are 1 yuan.

This price is very good. The boss is a small old man with a good attitude. The room facilities are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and rain. The bed is enough for two people, the sheets are old but clean, and the room is clean.

The front desk staff was enthusiastic and delivered exquisite fruit plates. The room was comfortable and warm, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, and there was a gym in the store. I went to work out when I was idle, I was comfortable with a sweat, and went back and changed my body. Clothes, I didn't expect the hotel to have a laundry room. This is a small surprise. It is dried directly after washing, which is perfect.
