周圍有一個龍鳳谷，可以釣魚採摘，河邊有釣魚的，晚上可以喝茶釣魚，旁邊就是茶室和別墅區。衞生很乾凈，服務態度很好。

鹽亭縣住宿選擇非常少，原本看點評預訂了一家智慧酒店，到了發現道路狹窄，路邊停車混亂，停車場在對面廣場地下，決定先到維也納看看。以前的點評中有人説這是他住過最差的維也納，但我入住後覺得這是我住過最好的維也納。坦白説，維也納一般是我最後的選擇，衹住過三、四次，因為裝修一般不行，這家維也納很新、很乾凈，設備智能，環境很好，但也是有裝修問題，防水條打膠肯定沒打好，淋浴間往外漏水，而且地平不對，積水不退，請客房來清理了兩次。最重要的是停車方便，應該是房地產開發配套。雖然離城區遠，但酒店餐廳口味不錯而且價格合理。前台和客房、餐廳服務方面很好，這一點值得表揚。總體來看，如果要住鹽亭，這一家仍是首選。

對這個酒店的整體評價，算是鹽亭縣的頂級水平，但和其他城市的維也納國際酒店相比，還是有一些差距。
這個酒店的地理位置在龍鳳谷旁邊，對於鹽亭縣來説，還是比較偏僻，需要自駕車前往，周圍是啥都沒有，沒有食店，小賣部，夜市等，生活環境稍微差一點；酒店有幾棟樓，樓層都不算高，基礎硬件還是不錯的。
酒店的房間還是比較新的，畢竟是新的酒店，智能化程度還可以，有小度音響和智能窗簾，霧化玻璃，房間內也比較乾淨整潔，算是達到維也納的基本水平。
需要提升的是酒店的早餐服務，第一天去的晚了一點，但還是在早餐時間內，早餐就基本沒有啥了，牛奶，雞蛋，麪包都沒有了，後面補充了一些麪包，都是冰的，應該不是自己烤的，但還好有米粉可以吃，不過米粉也只是素的，連煎蛋都沒有了。不過早餐在鹽亭也算將就，畢竟鹽亭除了嫘祖故里大酒店，其他酒店更不行，畢竟在這個地方，經濟發展還是差些。
整體考慮來看，維也納國際酒店還是不錯的，給個五星級評價。

位置不錯，在景區旁邊。相對應的環境就很優美。停車場也挺大的，服務很熱情。房間裏面的配套設施齊全，智能化的酒店給人感覺很方便。是一次很不錯的體驗。下次還會去。

回老家匆匆路過住一晚，感覺早餐品種少是其次，關鍵是挺多蒼蠅飛來飛去，沒有蓋子的食物都不敢讓孩子吃，餐廳桌子上也有些小昆蟲的屍體，餐廳衞生需要加強，住宿環境很好，也很安靜，房間也夠大。總體還是不錯。
