房間是江景房但臨街很吵，車流不斷主要是樓下還開了家烤肉店，11點被煙燻醒了，熱水不熱，洗手枱籠頭是歪的，水射向一邊，床單也是破的縫補過的，太差了，退了含早餐的訂了這家不含早的江景房不值。大廳的沙發上不知啥人些橫七豎八的脱鞋躺在上面，空調出風上面居然漏個大孔，不知何故。

房間乾淨衞生，衞浴舒適，設施齊全，無異味。但酒店樓下有食攤，噪音很大，影響睡眠。服務員怠慢，辦理效率極低，新來了客人不聞不問，自以為是與前面的客人是一起的，讓我們等了很久才辦理入住手續。
