The hotel needs to do more to retain the Hilton brand. Refund services should also be made possible. Contacting the hotel is always a hassle and it never ends well

I was very impressed by the staff's kindness, the quality of the restaurants, bar, sports facilities, and wellness area. We had a wonderful four days with outstanding service. It's a shame the bathrooms and rooms need some renovation to be truly at the top. We will gladly return for a next stay.

Hotel is a bit of a hub and so it has a good vibe. It is old and could do with some maintenance, a refresh and some work but my room was spotless. Location is very good. Restaurant downstairs and the breakfast buffet are great. WiFi when I was there was really problematic. Staff generally are friendly. Panoramique bar on the roof is good for music, sport and the view - but the service really needs some work…. the food is very good though it takes some time. Everything is expensive.

Hilton is beautiful right inside the city of Yaounde but the staffs are unfriendly and can also make lots of mistakes with your bills due to poor internet connection or sysyem failure,
