Booking indicate breakfast for 2 included but during check out, they said that the breakfast is only for one and have to pay extra. The city tax indicated in the booking is not accurate and was charge higher instead. Breakfast was not delicious and very blend. Shower water pressure was very weak. The only good thing is that the bed is comfortable and aircon is fresh and strong. Cleanliness is not there.

I was disappointed with the property as it’s no longer properly maintained. The sheets and towels were in poor condition, with the towels appearing brownish, and the walls were noticeably dirty

Not so good for a first stay. One thing that was amazing was the staff...who did all possible to ensure we have a pleasant stay...Jean Pascal, and the other Jean were very supportive. Two things made my stay not so good: internet was weak and i had to buy a mobile router to hold my zoom calls. And the room key system was a failure. I had chosen this Hotel for the first stile for myself and my staff but my staff was so much unpleased that i cannot recommend this for a future stay. Personally, i may still come back because the welcoming, availability and support from the staff.

It was an okay stay for few days. The staff were very nice. Though I think ******* always picks the worst deals for its customers. I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the booking though I opted for it. With regards to the facilities, the key encoding system went faulty, there seems to be a nightclub nearby making loud noise at night, water pressure was spotty.

Very good receptionists who know their jobs and nice relaxation sites The rooms are not the very best but I can say they are up to standard talk les of the food services they offer there I always thought Douala was the best till I finally visited
