It's way too expensive to not have reliable wi-fi and water leaks in the bathroom. The breakfast that's billed on top of the room is overpriced given what's offered. The gym was also disappointing. The staff is polite and friendly, the best thing about the hotel. I won't come back because I feel like this is really not worth the money.

The overall experience was great. The food was good, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the environment was good. The only challenged was the internet connectivity which was not very strong. Since I was there on business, having goos internet was very vital for me.

First time in this hotel. İn the heart of Yaounde. Breakfast good, rooms clean , free shuttle etc. At reception Mr Yves Julio and miss Doris very helpful , i thank them. People at breakfast also good … Mr Bertrand is a high class restaurant manager indeed, also his asssistan Mr Joel helpful like him. I thanks everybody in this hotel..

A very poor service for our business meeting. There is one staffer called Thierry who did not provide the requested services and had a rude attitude from day 1 to the last minute. Everything had to be negotiated and reminded with the commercial director. I will never go again to this place
