It's very well located, the staff is helpful and has very good facilities. The touristic complex also has a wonderful Russian banya that we enjoyed for a separate fee.

Service: Let’s talk about the service part first. It can be said that there is no service! First, the front desk doesn't speak English. Second, our family of four only wanted to stay in one room, and we agreed to pay extra for an extra bed, but they still didn't allow us to stay in one room and insisted that I get another one. Third, the room was stuffy, so I called the reception to turn on the air conditioner, but they told me that I didn't agree. I said, "Then you have to give me a solution." She said to open the window. 🥴 There is a bar and a road outside, it's so noisy, what should I do? She said the bar will close at 11 o'clock! **Luckily we were still jet lagged, as we were already so sleepy that we fell asleep by 10 o’clock!

Отель отлично расположен в самом центре города. Брал номер княжеский люкс (?) - номер хороший, но слышна гулянка в соседнем Пивоваре (имейте в виду если будете тут в выходные дни). В остальном все очень неплохо!

Все отлично как обычно. единственно сильно поднялась цена по сравнению с прошлым годом. Лучше повышать цены ежегодно и по чуть чуть, чем сразу поднимать цены почти в 2 раза. Даже со скидкой получается приличная сумма. Или разработайте дифференциальные цены, к примеру те кто проживает от 5 дней более, предусмотрите хорошую скидку.

Все супер. Заселили в семейный номер. Не большой, но очень уютный, видно что свежий ремонт, все чисто. В ресторане русской кухни прекрасная еда. Вежливый персонал. Расположение отеля удобное, рядом много достопримечательностей. Рекомендую.

Не очень чисто в номере, старая пыль, запах пыли. Завтрак, как всегда, на высоте. Персонал замечательный, туристы аааатличные. Ярославль прекрасный, только холодно. Очень классная тётка Агафья. А вот Алёша Попович не совсем удался!!
