Lots of room for improvement: I booked two rooms for a family weekend. As soon as we arrived, the door to the first room was wide open. Neither room had been checked: absence of pillow covers in the 2 rooms, and absence of hand towels despite my request to the maid in the corridor, who simply told me that she was aware before leaving quietly before returning after a long wait, a remote control is missing in one of the rooms. Then, I asked for two duvets a little before 5 p.m., I came back in the evening and had to call to ask again, in the end only one had been provided, after calling reception.
To top it off the parking issue was frustrating, I was unable to park due to the busyness however, another customer in a 4x4 was allowed to park right outside the door with the approval of the l security guard, while I was invited to park on the street.
