I am absolutely disappointed from our stay at this hotel. And also from the Guest manager. We have had cockroaches everywhere in the three rooms we occupied and despite of our continuous complaint there was no reaction from the stuff. I would never return to this hotel again and will never return to Tunisia again although we visited 19 years ago and we were very happy with the hotel then.

Amine fantastic entertainer. Lovely hotel and entertainers have great binds with the staff plenty of activities to do such as water polo and darts archery etc. food is fantastic and lots of trips available to do such as Sodi Bou Aaid and Ancient Carthage

Hotel is very good, entertainers are very friendly and will make your night 10x better, food is nice. Plenty to do to keep everyone entertained all day. Rooms very clean, cleaning staff very good, Reception team very good and very helpful..

We have had a lovely time at this resort!! The staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food has been excellent, different themes each night and enough variety for all, especially kids ! The entertainment team are great, very engaging and try to get everyone involved in various activities, the team are relatively new as a group but have done a great job!! Facilities at the hotel are very good, very clean. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for a family holiday.

It was an amazing trip in Belisaire and we really enjoyed the atmosphere the food and the service is really nice: helpful and funny all the time. Many activities in the hotel, the mini club for the children, many pools including indoor swimming pool with salty water. At night after dinner, a children show every night and then shows for the adults. The food is variety of international dishes and the staff is very helpful.

Outstanding customer service, very friendly staff , always willing to help and go the extra mile. The food was also excellent and the entertainment staff really earned their money and made sure everyone was entertained. A special mention goes to Hosni Agri, one of the waiters in the restaurant who looked after us every night and made our experience very special. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

A nice hotel animation team so friendly and smiley , cleaning room so good so many choices to eat staff very gentle the bar also is so nice I really like to spend the holidays here ☀️ is my first time and was nice my wife enjoying walking every day and spending time with BoBo and amine and jambo ❤️
