A traditional old-school hotel with very interesting decoration. The whole hotel itself is like a tourist attraction, with ancient tones everywhere. The rooms are like independent portals. You will still get lost even if you stay here for two days. It is very cost-effective.

This is our second time at this resort. The parking is very square, the security is strict, the environment is safe, quiet and very relaxing. The buffet is rich and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, always able to provide timely help when needed. The staff are all fluent in English and can communicate easily! A very cost-effective resort. I will definitely come here in the summer next time because the swimming pool looks really beautiful!

Very nice swimming pools, beach a little less, practically black water but very calm with few tourists
Beautiful hotel with tasteful decoration but to renovate and refresh...
Cleanliness to be reviewed, no change of sheets every day in the rooms, dirty floor...
Daily repetitive buffet and lack of fresh fruit and ice cream
No elevator so very annoying we were on the first floor with a baby
Overall ok stay but not worth a 5 star European.

The animation team makes it all make sense eventho it was very very cold. But enjoyed every moment. They were very nice very cheerful and very nice people. If I would go again I would just go for the animation team very very nice ambiance and made the trip a 100/10. Thank Yassine, Ahmed & Billy you all are the best. Keep it going!!

Pro Very beautiful suite, with perfectly divided space and enough room to move around Very responsive on email Delivered on a certain overshooting when promising about childcare. I'd still recommend to try and organise babysitting independently before arriving though Neg The mini club lady has very little interest in the children, maybe because she's left to take care of them all by herself, but really she should try harder. Also, the mini club should be open longer! Not everyone has their thinking hat on: I was woken up in the middle of the night by a guy doing maintenance with a compressor on the room in front of my window, and he didn't understand why I was annoyed! They could try harder on the food: in the restaurant you'll still find the old fashioned baine marie containers to get the food from, rather than the live kitchen stations most hotels have upgraded to
