Hotel with a very nice style. very bourgeois.
We booked a suite. frankly very good.
Basket of fruit on our arrival and bottles of water.
Maid very attentive.
Just if it was possible to have bottles of water every day, that would be great.
Otherwise nothing to say.
We will come back soon. That's for sure.

Very bad experience, nothing like a 5-star hotel. Poor welcome, the receptionist asked me to send her the reservation by email in a derogatory tone. The hotel staff spoke loudly among themselves. The person in charge of the spa was on his phone lying on a sofa who seemed to be bothered to see us. A deposit of 50 dt to get two dirty and holey towels. Dirty deckchairs with leftover food from other guests inside the spa. To finish, a check out 1 hour after check in to flee the hotel. To forget as quickly as possible

The staff were really helpful and made staying here a pleasure . Facilities were clean and gave a range of things to do . Breakfast had a large selection and the hotel is situated right next to the beach and close to lots of nearby shops and places to eat .

This was the second time I go to the Russelior and it was amazing as ever. I went with my family. The beds are so comfortable and clean. The food is good. And the service is amazing. Special thanks to Imen and Ayman. Thank you for making our holiday special. We plan to visit again this Summer. We count on you to make it as special as before.

This is my 2nd time at the russelior hotel Nd we came back as our first experience was amazing ! Such a beautiful hotel with large pools and such a beautiful design and architecture. I wanna thank Marwa the receptionist for being so nice with us from our check in and even helped us get a free room upgrade to get the pool view . The private beach owned by the hotel needs to be completed as is wasnt last year and this year surprisingly not completed but when you have such beautiful pools and resort I dont even really care for the beach. Thanks to the whole team exept the night shift receptionist who forgot that i ordered coffe and had me wait 1 hour to get some cafeine. ❤️😅

Are you allowed stay in the hotel togther in the same room if you are not married ? My boyfriend and I are looking to visit just abit unsure of that rules Could you please let us know as soon as possible as we are looking to visit at the end of June 2035
