It was too narrow and uncomfortable for 3 adults to use. The dryer's dust net fell off, making it noisy and leaving dust on clothes. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Although the majong is small and well-equipped, the small house is very complete with kitchen utensils and basically everything. When you open the door at night, you can see the sky full of stars. Unfortunately, the heater in our room is broken. It is very cold at night and the room is not very clean.

Called the office about scorpions in unit. Was told someone would be out with black light to check around. After waiting 2 hours, no one showed up. Called office was told someone came by but didn’t have a black light any way. Upon checkout, spoke with security who stated he was never told about the scorpions and yes he does have a black light. Other than that, the place was wonderful.

Sedona Pines is a prize jewel of Sedona lodging - actually, of lodging anywhere. The price was way below expectations, the results were way above reasonable expectations. The cottage was so spacious, its kitchen amazingly well-equipped, the living room made it feel like home, and the surroundings are so blissfully quiet, pretty and peaceful! Out of town yet close to town. It's absolutely wonderful without being glitzy and expensive. Wow!

Checked in and was told I needed to wait and meet with another person for my parking pass. Weird? Waited over 20 mins and that person was busy with another couple - I figured out while waiting that they were trying to waste your time with TIME SHARE INFORMATION. I was told my vehicle would be towed if I did not have a parking pass. I asked why? When I logged my make/model/license plate number in their system when I checked in. Then they told me I could come back the next day between 11am-5pm for my parking pass - told them again I would be gone all day. The lady holding the parking pass aggressively came out of the room and was incredibly rude to me about the parking pass. Got to my room and had no shampoo/conditioner or body wash. They gave you one pack of coffee. No room services Monday-Thursday. The rooms are very DATED! Which is not really an issue, but it's obvious they didn't even try to upkeep the little cabins. Dirty walls, baseboards, light peeped through the second exterior door. Neighbors were loud, side by sides left running unattended, I was blocked out of my parking spot by two truck and trailer combos. Went to the office to ask about where I could park and they didn't seem to care I was blocked out. Was told they were not allowed trailers but they still parked their all night and I had to deal with rude adults and children when I asked them if they could back up just a few feet so that I could park my car and safely load and unload.

The check-in staff was super helpful, friendly, and answered all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and well organized. We really enjoyed how spacious it was, and how it had everything we needed!

Overall this is a great place to stay! Just outside of Sedona, with easy access to the west side of the town, and very close to Cottonwood. Very private, and a very pretty landscape. The only downside was the mattress (advertised as a queen but was definitely a full-size) was very well used and uncomfortable.

The tiny house was really nice! It had everything we needed. The staff were very accomodating, and the on site restaurant was really good. We enjoyed our stay!
