Found out that there were no towels, so asked at the reception if they could bring towels. She told me she woule bring, after 30 min waiting, still nothing, went back, this girl at the reception was still there on here phone, telling me again that she will bring it! So for me it was a bad experience as I wanted to take a shower. If you're lazy to bring them, at least prepare it and leave it in room. For me 0/5

Hotel is in a charming historical building in center of city. The rooms are big with stunning finishings. The bed is sooo comfortable, much more comfortable than the bed at the Hyatt Regency. The soaps and toothbrush are nice too. The staff are very friendly as well as the owner. It’s well priced for what you get. Great hotel.
