We received absolutely disgraceful treatment. Having paid for breakfast, we went to the lounge at 8:30 a.m. and were refused entry, claiming it was full. We were then advised to return in 10-15 minutes. So we sat in the hotel lobby where we could see the entrance to the breakfast room, while watching other people pass through without any problems. Because of this, we tried to enter again, and once again the young man at the entrance, embarrassed, told us that we couldn't enter. We immediately asked for an explanation, and the young man tried again to ask his superior to let us in, but the latter, with great arrogance, arrogance, and rudeness, once again refused. The poor man's final explanation was that he was only following orders and that we should please wait, and that the reason was that there was a large group of people who had "supposed" priority. The treatment we received from this hotel was shameful and exclusive, making us feel discriminated against.
Finally, another receptionist, embarrassed by the situation, tried to fix it, but we ultimately canceled breakfast.
I'm not giving it a lower rating because it won't let me. But these types of reputable 4-star hotels should care more about how they treat people and not just focus on the business.
We won't return or recommend it to anyone.
