All facilities are good. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed, with comfortable.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend

Situated overseeing Ayeyarwaddy river bank with lovely view of curve and deep ground mounds. Colonial style cottages are spaceous and cute. Landscaping with smooth grass and trees are romatic. Service is warm. But road to hotel is a bit narrow although well paved
