The room condition was not bad ~ I took a lot of pictures because Winter Village was cute and pretty ~ I plan to visit again in the summer ~ The accommodation was on the 2nd floor, but the water in the sink didn't drain well, so it was a bit inconvenient ~ The water pressure seemed weak.

Hmm… . It’s all connected to money… Winter Village guests are 23,000 won, all-day swimming pool guests are 15,000 won, and the arcade is ~1,000 won!!! It’s all about money… You have to rent a towel for 1,000 won before going to the swimming pool, and there are no towels in the shower room, you have to bring them from your room!! The indoor pool is not connected to the basement, so you have to wear a jacket and go outside, but the directions are not very visible, so first-time visitors will probably have a hard time finding it;;;; Compared to the money… there’s no service worth the money. Mankai is expensive.. I think you should eat it as a midnight snack ㅎㅎㅎ And the room is not soundproof… No… No… I can’t say anymore, but no…

The pictures came out well and the scenery was nice. Overall satisfaction. I think I will visit again.

Compared to its size, there aren’t many staff members here and there There’s no one to clean the shower room. The drain was clogged, so I washed up to my ankles under the shower. While showering, only cold water came out, so everyone screamed, and the babies and my daughter were shivering from the cold. I took a quick cold shower and came out, but there were no towels? I got dressed and the power went out so the hair dryer didn’t work? I got angry and looked at the wall and saw that there were no staff members there, so I called to ask if there was an inconvenience, and when I called, there was no action taken… I don’t want to go there again… The water is really dirty and smelly. They don’t even try to manage hygiene.

Our room was on the second floor, so my kids were really happy! The room was very close and in full view of the pool, so I was a little nervous.

It seemed like a place for Instagram. It seems like they only focused on a place that would take good pictures. The basic services that a hotel should have seemed to be lacking. First of all, it looks like there is a huge shortage of required manpower, and I can't shake the feeling that they are neglecting detailed management in an effort to cut costs. The cushions on the fabric sofa in the room were off, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. There was no cabinet to store clothes, and it would be nice to have a sink even if you didn't cook, but it was inconvenient because there wasn't one. My opinion is that this resort is just a “good enough” resort.

I was a guest of Cove B206. I woke up cold in the morning due to a broken heater. It was early in the morning so I had to wait until 7 and tell the front desk. They came and took care of the problem, but after 20 minutes of operation, it broke down again. However, the staff member who responded to me used a hot air fan. They brought it to me so I was able to prepare to leave without it being too cold. Although it was early in the morning, I was grateful that the staff responded kindly. Since it was built a long time ago, the bathrooms are rusted and worn out here and there. Although maintenance seemed inadequate, overall hygiene in the room was not bad. The outlet next to the bed is inconvenient, so bring a charger with a long cord. I think it will be less inconvenient. Convenience stores are generally expensive, so it would be better to come prepared. In Cove Building B, there is a fishy smell from the sea in the first floor lobby and hallway. It smells really bad, but strangely it doesn't come out in the room. The view at night was pretty good. It wasn't as flashy as it looks on Instagram Oh, it wasn't a bubble ^^; It is cheaper than the average price of a pool villa in Yeosu, so give it a try when you visit Yeosu.
