I have booked for Premium room which is larger in size but eventually when I got it is very smaller when I enquired mentioned me as studio room.
Food is not that great even after having a food next day stomach got upset.
Only plus point is view from Room

Had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. First of all it is located on a very peaceful location and valley view from resort is awesome. Total stay was a very adventures and fulfilling. Jeep Safari which was organised from resort side on personal expense was very adventures. The property staff were friendly and attentive at all the times specially MITHUN, PRATAP and RAJIYA from activity team DURGA, KUMAR and AJESHWRAN from reception and SMITHA from restaurant. some suggestions they should install at least one foosball table in playing area and bicycles should be ready to use for customers. Kudos to activity team.

The ambience is good.Room stay was satisfactory Restaurant service was good.Chef Aayushmaan’s and Palash’s hospitality was very good. Mr Pughaz helped us by giving his valuable guidance to go around Yercaud Activities were very good and enjoyable

Had a great stay at sterling yercaud, it was pure first visit and it was good experience. You will get some nice views from the resort itself especially the sunset view… rooms are also good and food was amazing. Despite being an hill station resort the quality of food they served was top notch. Chef Madni put some great efforts by taking care of our taste buds as he kept on checking us. Mithun from Discovery also did a great job. In short kudos to sterling yercaud team 👏

Our trip to yercaud was so relaxing. Stay at Sterling was even more beautiful from the amazing view from the rooms to the comfortable bedding, games and entertainment. Food was delicious. Room cleaning, arrangement and service from Ashok, Sundar, Reception desk, dining service made us feel at home.

Special mention to Smita and palash at the restaurant. They took special care of little needs of my kids. Mithun and Prathap from discovery Central for the fun filled evening activities. They were refreshing and highly entertaining. Valley view rooms are beautiful.

We had a great time during our stay in sterling yercaud. Especially the events conducted by Mithun and pratap in the evening were great fun. A cool fun activity in the evening for about 2 hrs each day. Highly recommended. The rooms are also well kept.

The hospitality is the best at Sterling Yercaud. All the staff were so hospitable, kind and helpful. There is a lot of respect and care given to senior citizens which is very commendable. Be it the reception staff or the house keeping staff or the dining staff, everyone played their role so well. A very special mention to Subasmita from the Dining restaurant team. She was the best highlight of our weekend getaway. She never waited to be called for a favour - she was always there offering her help with a smile. The way she took care of senior citizens is commendable. Extremely hardworking girl with the best service provided by her on all the days we were at Sterling. We would definitely make a visit again just to be taken care by her and would love to see her at a higher position because she deserves it for the kind of impact she has provided for a guest.

The service was good. We all enjoyed here. Durga from front office was there for us and she helped us. Smita from restaurant was also Helpful. Ayush*** came talked to us and helped us in the Buffet Overall a nice experience and I would recommend everyone to come visit
