Amazing views, good rooms, service and amenities. Food is very expensive though(1000 for a chicken biryani!).

The stay was awesome. Especially Mr Prasath and CE Sneha's gesture is awesome. Highly recommended resort.

I have booked for Premium room which is larger in size but eventually when I got it is very smaller when I enquired mentioned me as studio room. Food is not that great even after having a food next day stomach got upset. Only plus point is view from Room

Amazing stay. Good clean rooms. Mesmerising views. Great food. Location is nice with great views and enough parking. Price is a bit on the higher side. It's peaceful. Exec chef Surya Narayan Chaudhary, Chef Mrudul, Mohan were exceptional and served delicious food. Especially Mrudul, the sandwiches and breakfast that she served was delicious and her professional conduct was great as well.

Sterling Yercaud is a beautiful property nestled in the hills, offering stunning valley views and the perfect setting for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Since Yercaud is a small hill station with limited sightseeing and activity options, a resort like Sterling becomes the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. The peaceful atmosphere is truly unmatched. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping, feeling the cool breeze flowing through the trees, and watching the clouds pass through the property in the morning made our stay incredibly memorable. A special mention to the security staff for their warm welcome, genuine smiles, and courteous behaviour, which created a great first impression. Our check-in experience involved a longer-than-expected wait due to some mismanagement, and we also faced a few issues during our first dinner. However, I sincerely appreciate the management team for listening patiently to our concerns, apologising, and taking the feedback positively. I hope the team continues to improve based on the suggestions shared. One thing to keep in mind is that à la carte food service can take around 45 minutes or more, especially during busy hours. If you are not a fan of waiting, I would highly recommend opting for the buffet. The buffet offers a great variety of dishes, and the food is equally delicious, making it an excellent choice. The staff throughout the resort were consistently polite, professional, and eager to help. Special thanks to General Manager Sharad, Reception Manager Hari, reception staff Prasath and Lulu, Chef Surya, Chef Uzair, Restaurant Manager Debashish, restaurant staff Asit, Urmee, Rabindra, Housekeeping Manager Sudhir and his team, ***** with everyone else who contributed to making our stay comfortable. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Uzair for personally approaching us to understand our dining experience, patiently listening to all the feedback from our first day, and ensuring it was communicated to the relevant team. His genuine concern and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly appreciated. Overall, despite a few initial hiccups, Sterling Yercaud delivered a memorable stay with breathtaking views, a peaceful environment, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Yercaud.

I had planned a two-night stay at Sterling. Before arriving, I called the front desk and informed them that I had booked two rooms and requested that both rooms be located close to each other. They confirmed that this would be arranged, but upon check-in, the rooms were allocated very far apart. My family stayed in one room, while my mother and mother-in-law were placed in another room located quite far away. My room also had no lift access, which made it inconvenient. Although there were 2 adults and 2 kids staying in my room, they provided only a double bed. Even with the sofa-cum-bed, there wasn't enough sleeping space for everyone. I also requested tissues several times over the phone and later informed the staff in person, but they were never provided. I requested room cleaning as well, but my room was not cleaned. This was the worst service I have experienced at a star-rated property, and I honestly did not expect such a poor experience. Because of these issues, I decided to cancel the second night's stay. The next morning, I met the duty executive chef and explained all the problems. He listened patiently, promised to resolve everything, and immediately changed our room to one that was close to my family's room. The new room also had a much better view. After the room change, our stay became much more comfortable. My mother and mother-in-law could easily spend time with my kids, and everyone was much happier. A special thanks to the Executive Chef for taking ownership of the situation and resolving the issues promptly. Overall, the food was good, but the hotel seriously needs to improve its service and communication. Please don't make promises that cannot be kept. Guests come here to relax and enjoy their vacation, not to spend their time arguing over basic requests.

A very good experience out there. The food was really great and I personally loved each of the dishes, thanks the their Chef and Staff. Thanks to Mr. Pratap for teaching us great dance moves and entertaining us in the evening with the Sterling DJ.

Amazing property at yercaud. We stayed in their Premium valley view room with a great view, a large balconey. Extremely good food and staffs with a smile

Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with great care. The variety, taste, and quality of the food were simply excellent. We would also like to sincerely appreciate Debashis, Ravindra, and the many other service staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Their genuine hospitality, warm smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to help at every step made a huge difference to our stay. Sterling Yercaud is blessed with a beautiful location, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, a team of people who truly care about their guests. The dedication and professionalism shown by everyone made our experience unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Sterling Yercaud team for creating such wonderful memories for our family.
