Great modern hotel in the center of Yerevan. Everything is within walking distance, clean rooms and friendly staff. Will be back!

The room temperature didn't rise. I told the front desk the next morning and they said they would have someone check it out. When I returned to the room that night, it didn't change. It was always at 20 degrees. The air conditioner could only reach 22 degrees all night. I told the front desk that night and they asked the manager to bring a heater, but they didn't bring it. This is a big problem

The most important advantage is the location, right in the center. Everything is nearby. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is new, you can feel it, everything is very neat. But when booking, pay attention to the size of the room. If this is important to you, then it is better to know in advance that the rooms are generally very small.

The hotel is good

We were not staying at the hotel but we came for drinks at the lobby area. It’s a very cozy place. Very relaxing and chill. We loved the atmosphere and when we booked for our stay in Armenia we didn’t know that Courtyard is opening and we booked already at Marriott Yerevan. For sure, the next time we come we’ll stay here instead. Thank you to the bar staff that served us. He’s very friendly. I forgot to ask for his name though! 🥺
