E arrived on time for check in but they said is not ready and that we have to wait 40 minutes... But this was not the real problem for me ,but the rudeness . They didn't even say sorry or something... Especially for this i womt recommend and i am sure you can find a better one and newer. I wont speak about the breakfast,,,it is a joke

I love this hotel. So nice and friendly staff. Great Armenian food in a restaurant. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. If I'll take a trip to Yerevan again, definitely I will stay in Grace Forum. Two spa rooms with hamam and sauna.

Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient. In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo. Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no forks, no glasses for drinks. It is located in some industrial zone with incomprehensible buildings, although maybe for this place it is the norm. Lux is a tribute to the old fashion, dark rooms, one day it was cold, but there is no way to fix it, the centralized system for heating does not work.

A good intimate hotel, really friendly staff, special thanks to Artem, who created the most comfortable conditions for our stay with a late check-in. A pleasant wet hamam and a warm pool left a good impression. The breakfast is varied. We will definitely stay here next time.

Environment: The location is relatively far from the city center. It takes seven or eight minutes to get to the city center or take a taxi. There is a health center next to it and it is far away from the main road. The environment is relatively quiet and the sound insulation is acceptable. Facilities: It can be seen that the hotel has been aged for some time, some facilities are relatively old, and the rooms have a somewhat old smell. But the hygiene is very good. To use the hotel's SPA for free, you need to make a reservation with the hotel front desk in advance. The hotel staff is very welcoming and patient.

Pleasant impressions after staying at this hotel! Attentive, friendly and helpful staff! The room is cleaned daily. Good breakfasts! The hammam, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a lifesaver in rainy and cool weather. You can order food to your room, it’s very tasty and fast! There is a bar where they will prepare the most delicious oriental coffee or you can treat yourself to Armenian wine, the prices are reasonable! All at the highest level! The room has snow-white bed linen, towels and bathrobes with slippers, a very comfortable bed and pillows. Toiletries include a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo (no hair conditioner and no body cream), soap, cotton swabs, nail file and cotton pads - that's it! Overall a pleasant stay! Thanks to all the hotel staff!

A good hotel with very friendly staff: a pleasant receptionist and receptionist, a good breakfast, the room was clean, the only thing was that the bed was a bit hard. The stay left a pleasant impression.

В Spa Hotel Grace Forum Erevan уже второй раз. Нравится абсолютно всё. От приветливого приема до комплекса услуг. Номера чистые, уютные, комфортабельные. Первый раз брала Люкс. Второй раз стандарт, так как люкс был занят на время моего пребывания. В следующий раз буду бронировать заранее, так как тот номер очень понравился. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Персонал вежливый, гостеприимный. И доброго утра пожелает, и приятного аппетита, и с чемоданом помогут, и пожелают хорошего дня/полета. Очень приятна такая забота. Завтраки вкусные. Есть всё, что душа пожелает. В оплату также входит посещение сауны. Просто нужно на ресепшн забронировать желаемое свободное время. Кроме вас там никого не будет, отдыхаете в свое удовольствие! Если в Ереван, то останавливаться только в Grace Forum. Хотя бы попробуйте один раз и поймёте почему! Спасибо ещё раз всем сотрудникам отеля. Вы умнички! Годы идут, а сервис на том же прекрасном уровне! Это очень радует!

Хороший отель. Расположение не прям в центре, но до площади Республики 15-20 минут пешком. Завтраки восхитительные! Все очень вкусно! Персонал вежливый. Самый клиентоориентированный это Варуж! Помог сориентироваться по городу, организовал трансфер в Гюмри, помогал решить любой вопрос.

Хороший отель, с хорошей едой. Вежливый персонал. Хорошо.
