Very friendly front office employees. Big and clean rooms, perfect mattresses. Spa with sauna and pool is soulless. Sympathetic lady and a mostly unfriendly man working there and explaining when you have to shower and when not. ☺️You have to use plastic cover for your hair what is not a problem. The entire atmosphere in the spa is like bei g in a rehabilitation clinic. Breakfast is mediocre. Waitresses just clear up when they want to. They love chatting. They should be re-educated in Dubai. For the price you pay all in all it's good. Would come back.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Yerevan. Perfect location for the central part of Yerevan, great cleaning and breakfast with the full set of continental food and local cuisine. I really enjoined the relaxing atmosphere without any noise from streets and other rooms.

We loved the hotel and extended our stay multiple times! We enjoyed our time in the swimming pool and sauna which were great.

A highly recommended hotel. The exterior has a distinctly old-fashioned courtyard feel, while the interior is very large and spacious, much like some of our grand hotels. 🏨 The food was excellent; the Russian breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of dishes and specialties. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient, about a ten-minute walk to the central business district. The hotel is well-lit and safe at night. 👍 Its main selling points are spaciousness, brightness, and unlimited food. 👏🙂

The room wasn't large, but it was very practical; the breakfast was incredibly generous, and it was conveniently located right next to Republic Square and the metro. There were also many shops, restaurants, a flea market, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

The room was quite large, but the facilities were basic, and the cleaning was just average. There was a private parking lot, which was very convenient. Most of the staff were reasonably friendly.

The hotel is very centrally located in Yerevan. Check-in was straightforward. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lovely salads and plenty of fruit. There was a great selection of cheeses. The cold cuts platters also looked good, but I don't eat sausage, so I can't comment on the taste. The pastries were varied. I mainly ate lavash and Armenian flatbread. The coffee and juices were excellent. The hotel also had a clean pool and sauna, which I used frequently. Everything was spotless there as well. The reception staff were always happy to help with any questions. If I ever return to Yerevan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was fairly basic, lacking USB charging ports, but there were convenient supermarkets nearby. The staff were very friendly. The Italian restaurant across from the hotel was especially delicious. Therefore, don't book hotel breakfast in advance.

It's close to Republic Square. The location is great. Good.

The hotel is in a good location, and the Republic Square is only ten minutes away by foot. The breakfast restaurant is very large and has a rich variety of food.

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a huge flea market right at the back door. The flea market sells a variety of handmade jewelry and local art, which is well worth visiting. There is a large supermarket downstairs from the hotel, as well as many small restaurants facing the street. You can reach the museum and Place de la République within a few steps. Unfortunately, we are too short for time and cannot fully appreciate the cultural heritage and relaxation here.

This is the third time we have stayed with the whole family. This means that we like everything.
