Holiday Inn YEREVAN - REPUBLIC SQUARE by IHG

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Republic Square and many restaurants and attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed for my stay. During my first night, there was an issue with water dripping from the ceiling into the room. The engineering team responded promptly, although the first repair did not completely resolve the problem. They returned the next day and successfully fixed it, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was the customer service. On the day of my departure, I realized that I had lost my passport holder with money inside. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They contacted the airport’s Lost & Found department on my behalf and made several inquiries to assist in locating the item. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant a lot to me. While my stay was not completely problem-free, the professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff made a very positive impression. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and support.

Stayed at Regal Hotel Hong Kong with my toddler and had a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient and easy to get around Hong Kong. Staff were polite, and the room was clean and suitable for family travel. Overall, a nice choice for parents traveling with kids.
