真是服了，我定的158元20-25平方的大床房，招待外地來的客人，給我一個1樓10平的小床，棚頂都掉皮了，這就是所謂的三個星啊，然後前台還特別理直氣壯的説我在網上定的便宜，而且這時候客人也在，讓人特別沒面子，如果就是這種房型，那和網絡描述的不一致我還上網定啥呢？？我定50的賓館不行嗎？我定的便宜是因為你就搞這個活動啊，我直接住貴的我也定的起，因為是招待客人，太讓人憋氣了，這麼大個酒店給人這麼壞的印象，再也不會定了。生氣！！

#負評#對酒店氣味，性價比，房間佈局，鄰近餐廳，交通方便程度，房間大小失望；首先我在携程订的是大床房，面积是25㎡的，结果给了我一间特价15㎡的大床房，我去前台理论，前台说大床房就是这样的，后来我说要退订，然后前台又给了我一间双床房，我想出门在外差不多就行了，结果进房间烧水，发展电水壶里面是泡过的茶叶水，室内有烟味，备品质量特别差，牙刷掉毛，室内唯一的两瓶纯净水还收费，真是理解不了，体验特别差，前台还特别能忽悠，各种理由强词夺理，蒙蔽事实！实在不敢恭维！话不多说～给后续客人一个提醒吧！同时希望商家加强服务，搞好卫生，良心交易，更希望各个平台严加管控！给消费者一个信任，安心！希望华住遍布全国各地

酒店的杯子很臟，杯子口有嘴印油漬，別人用過的杯子沒有刷洗，晚上有酒店喝多的客人來開門，在門外壓門把手刷卡，在樓道吵鬧
