The room facilities were a bit dated, and the room itself was on the smaller side. Seating was quite limited for breakfast. Other than that, everything was fine, and the overall service was very good. There was a large screen on the first floor that the kids really enjoyed.

This was my second visit to Yixian, four years later, and the city looks much cleaner and more beautiful. The hotel's location is great. Upon arrival, we were given two complimentary tickets to Xiuli, an ancient village nearby, with a mention of an evening performance. I initially wondered what kind of performance it could be, but we ended up going anyway. There were a few performances in the village square; the 'grass fire' one was pretty good, and the 'fish lantern dance' encouraged audience participation, though there weren't many people. Afterward, we strolled through the village. By the river, a crowd was watching a film crew on the opposite bank shoot a web series called 'A Thought of Jiangnan.' A group of young girls ignored the blue security fabric and chased after an actress named Zhao Jinmai. I guess that was the highlight of our complimentary ticket evening! The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted good. Downstairs, there were electric scooters available for rent via QR code. Since I'd been drinking and couldn't drive, these scooters were a lifesaver. The front desk girl recommended a nearby restaurant, which was very close, so we went there and found a place. The dishes were all excellent, the prices normal, and the taste truly delicious. When leaving, I wanted to get an extra small fish lantern fridge magnet for my colleague who shared the room, a complimentary gift we received upon check-in. I hesitated but eventually asked, only to be politely refused by the front desk. Of course, it didn't dampen the fun of the trip, as it was somewhat expected.

Traveling with my family this time, a hotel was definitely more comfortable than a guesthouse. Although the location isn't within the tourist area, you can easily get to any attraction by taxi. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including breakfast and a gym. There's a river right next to it, perfect for a peaceful stroll along the banks. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel lobby is grand, spacious, and bright, and the service is warm and friendly. The breakfast selection is also plentiful. The surrounding area is decent, but the room facilities are old and have a musty smell. There's also no washer/dryer, which is quite inconvenient.

Yixian boasts beautiful scenery and a great environment. The ancient villages of Hongcun and Xidi are absolutely charming. The hotel we stayed at was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. We were very satisfied.

Overall, it was just average. Considering Ramada's brand positioning, the rates were naturally high during the National Day holiday, but during our two-night stay, the service certainly didn't match the standard it should have. 1. On the day we checked in, the doorman saw our car arrive but didn't bother to help open the door or assist with the luggage. I'm not really sure what he was doing. 2. Overall, the room was quite small, the bed was a bit too soft, and the duvet was rather noisy whenever we tossed and turned at night, which disturbed my child's sleep. 3. The kids' playroom was still a mess the next day and hadn't been tidied up at all; disposable cups were still left lying around.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights, and the service was warm, the breakfast was rich, and the hygiene was excellent. It's not far from Hongcun and Bishan. I also want to mention that around 5 PM every day, the hotel restaurant sells homemade dishes just a short walk to the right of the entrance. They're very affordable and delicious, and they also have steamed buns. If you don't feel like going out for food, you can buy some dishes and enjoy them in your room. There's a good variety of dishes, both meat and vegetarian. If you want to buy some, you should go a bit early, as many local residents go there, and if you go too late, the selection will be limited. Overall, there aren't any major drawbacks. Despite the simple decor, it exceeded my expectations for a 4-star standard. It's a great choice for business travelers.

This hotel, supposedly opened in 2020, surprisingly had such outdated facilities. The room had a very strong, old house-like smell. I asked the front desk to switch rooms at night, but the new room was exactly the same. I have no idea how this hotel made it onto Ctrip's top-rated list.

I booked five rooms at this Ramada, drawn by the brand name, but was ultimately very disappointed. Not only were the rooms small, but the facilities were old and worn out. The musty smell in the old rooms, reminiscent of an old person's scent, lingered even with windows and doors open. The toiletries provided were far from what you'd expect from a Ramada. The mold spots on the courtyard tiles spoke volumes about its age and neglect, giving the impression that maintenance issues have accumulated beyond repair. The daytime front desk service, while attentive, felt a bit rigid. The bedding comfort from years ago can't even compare to what new hotels offer now.
