Century Baidu Garden Hotel (Lingang Xintiandi Zijin Plaza)

I can't praise this hotel enough! The service was absolutely impeccable. Before I even checked in, they thoughtfully confirmed my breakfast delivery time. The staff member delivered it exactly on time, and was so kind and friendly – it made for a truly excellent experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the window room I chose was fantastic with great ventilation and natural light. Crucially, the soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet and peaceful throughout my stay, so I slept incredibly well. It offers exceptional value for money, and I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here!

Hygiene: The toilet was slightly dirty, but thankfully the hotel provided disposable toilet seat covers, so this was negligible. However, I hope the cleaning staff will pay a little more attention. Environment: The room was very nice, clean, and tidy. The room is near the road, so it can be a bit noisy if the window isn't closed. Service: I have to give a huge shout-out to this! I mentioned I had an exam the next day, and the receptionist that night was different from the one the next day, which showed a very good handover. Breakfast was delivered to my room the next day, and the lady who delivered it smiled and said nice things throughout. I was originally supposed to check out at 12:00, but they extended my check-out time to 1:30. Facilities: It's clear this hotel has been renovated; it would be even better if the yellow watermarks on the ceiling had been fixed. Overall: Very satisfied; the service is excellent for this price.

A truly pleasant stay! The cleanliness was impeccable, the shower water pressure was just right, and the soundproofing was superb. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Highly recommended for all travelers! They even upgraded our room for free.

這次入住千百度花園酒店體驗超出預期！位置好找，紫金廣場這邊出行很方便，離智軌站點不遠。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，小度語音控制很智能。酒店自帶花園庭院環境清幽，免費停車很省心，離店直接找前台拿停車卡就可以。工作人員態度熱情有禮貌，響應問題及時。早餐是配好送到房間門口，簡單營養。整體性價比很高，住得很舒心，下次來宜賓還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！
