Good service from this hotel. And the staff very helpful (Cici & Yulia). Place is convenient, near to the shop and mall. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast from this hotel really nice menu. I get free gift after checkout. Will come again to another time.

The hotel was great, clean, and the staff was most pleasant and helpful. It was easy to get where I needed to go. There was a number of food selection available nearby also which was great. The buffet for breakfast was excellent and had a good number of varieties.
Only complaint I have is that my room shower did not seem to be able to keep a consistent temperature as it randomly spiked from hot to cold.
Aside from that it was a great hotel and would highly recommend.

This hotel is always nice. At reception, always nice english speaking ladies.
The room is bright, clean, large.
Around, not so many convenient shops. Need walk few minutes to find living area.
Breakfast is ok, not great but not bad, just ok.

The front desk staff, Bobo and Xiao Chen, were efficient and enthusiastic when checking out. The breakfast was rich in variety and free to choose from, and there was also the Yibin local specialty "Yibin Burning Noodles". The room was clean and spacious and comfortable! When checking out, the front desk gave me a mug, which was full of commemorative feeling.
