Yinbingshi Chinese Inn (Lizhuang Guzhen)

The B&B's location is excellent and unique, right next to the boat dock. They even included a complimentary scenic shuttle and breakfast, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff, Xiao Chen, was not only beautiful and gentle but also incredibly helpful, carrying our luggage like a superhero. Her service was outstanding. Lizhuang was unexpectedly fun and beautiful; we'll definitely be back!

The room wasn't large, but the location was good, right next to the pier, and parking was available at Sixue. It looked quite new and was relatively clean and tidy. However, the problem-solving efficiency was extremely low. In such hot weather, it took over an hour to restore power, and the attitude of the guesthouse staff was appalling… However, the hotel's visitor center staff did try to communicate and handle the aftermath. Hopefully, there will be more training for the housekeeping staff; I believe things will get better.

This is my second stay; I didn't write a review for the first one. I was quite satisfied with the hotel's environment and facilities, such as the free sightseeing bus ride within the scenic area. However, the hotel service was relatively lacking. The first time, I called the front desk in advance to ask them to reserve a room with good lighting, but upon check-in, I found they hadn't done so at all; only the last standard room on the first floor was available. Now, let's talk about this stay. This time, I booked a tatami room. Because I had two children with me, I called ahead to ask the housekeeping department to clean it thoroughly, as my child has allergies. What's outrageous is that after checking in, I found the round table next to the bed covered in dust and curly hair. It was unbearable; I had to give it a bad review. This drastically lowered the value for money of the hotel, no wonder its rating is low.

This newly opened inn under Siyue has complete facilities and is clean. It is very close to the Moon Field Scenic Area, with beautiful scenery and convenient sightseeing. Parking at Siyue Hotel gives free parking tickets. The overall stay experience is good, but the room is not soundproof and the noise is too loud when sleeping at night. Breakfast is not at the inn, it's about a 10-minute walk to the river, and the front desk clerk is often nowhere to be seen.

This B&B under Siyue Hotel is in a good location in the ancient town. Parking is free at the Siyue Hotel parking lot, which was newly opened and very clean. The room is not big, the bathroom is good. There is no TV in the tatami room. The tatami is designed with steps. You need to be careful when going to the bathroom at night. The child accidentally fell.
